Bringing your awareness to a point in the line of your sight,
Keeping your back straight but not too stiff and gradually closing your eyes.
As you close your eyes,
Bring your awareness to your breath and just for a while,
Staying with your breath,
With the inflow and the outflow of the breath and using the breath as the anchor to the present moment experience.
Now bringing your awareness to the center of your forehead,
Your third eye chakra and breathing in and out through the third eye chakra to activate your mind's eye,
Your third eye and now in your mind's eye visualize that you are in a beautiful garden,
You can see the greenery all around you,
You can see the fence of this beautiful garden,
The flowers,
The trees,
You can listen to the birds chirping,
You can smell the flowers,
You can feel the cool breeze,
The sun shining and here find a corner in this garden,
A place in this garden where you will plant your seeds,
Where you will plant the tree of your manifestation,
You have a bag of seeds with you,
So visualize that you are now in that spot where you are planting your tree,
Visualize yourself digging up the soil and from this bag of seeds you take out your seeds of intention,
These seeds represent your intention for this year,
Your sankalp,
It is the intention that you wish to manifest this year and visualize that you are putting these seeds into the soil and now you have planted those seeds and now you can just leave these seeds here,
In their own time they will become your tree of manifestation,
But now you start moving towards a mountain that is nearby and you start hiking this mountain,
As you are hiking this mountain you can feel this energy building up in your body,
This energy of manifesting a wonderful year,
This energy of inspiration,
Of motivation and as you are hiking this mountain you can see all the greenery around you,
The cool breeze on your skin,
Listen to the sound of a waterfall that's nearby and now you can even see a beautiful valley below you,
Where you have come from and now you have reached the top of this mountain,
From here you can see a beautiful panoramic view,
You can see the open sky above you,
But now you notice that there is someone else who is already here,
You look at this person and you come close to this person and as you look at the face of this person you realize that you know this person,
This person is your future self,
That version of you one year from now,
One year into the future,
You can see your future self smiling with joy,
You can feel the love in the heart of your future self,
You can sense the abundance that your future self has experienced,
You can sense the peace,
The satisfaction,
The contentment,
The deep spiritual wisdom,
This future self has everything that you wish to manifest this year,
Has already manifested all those things,
This future self is the person you wish to become this year and now you ask a question to your future self,
What guidance would you like to provide me at this point in my journey and allow yourself to be silent for a while as your future self answers this question,
Just listen in silence and now you can thank your future self for any guidance and now it's time to give a warm loving embrace to your future self,
Your future self is hugging you back and as you are hugging your future self you feel as if you are merging with your future self,
You are actually merging with your future self and now you have become one with your future self and now you have become your future self,
In this very moment you have become that person that you wish to become,
This is your identity now,
Feel this new energy within yourself,
Feel this abundance,
This joy,
This peace and love and wisdom within yourself,
This great health,
Physical and emotional and mental,
You are now this spiritual being that is full of abundance,
That is connected with the infinite abundance of the universe,
This infinite abundance of the universe flows freely through you,
You are an open channel to that and with this new identity now gradually bringing your awareness back to the physical body,
To your surroundings,
If you feel like it you can move your hands,
Your feet,
Also noticing your breath and as you breathe out very slowly allowing your eyes to open,
