Shoulders,

Imagine that you are a river flowing down a mountain,

And feel yourself flowing,
Just flowing,
But also as a river that is flowing down the mountain.
You feel this sense of being separate,
As if you are a separate river,
You feel a sense of individuality,
You can feel yourself as this rushing water that is rushing down the mountain,
Maybe there is some fear that you might lose yourself,
Or that you are alone.
Honor these emotions,
Right now,
Honor whatever emotions the ego feels,
And now you have come to the base of the mountain,
And now you are entering a forest,
And now as a river flowing through this forest,
You feel more connected,
You feel more connected to the forest,
To the trees,
You can see that there are animals that are drinking from you,
You feel connected to them,
But still there is a sense of individuality,
Or feeling a little bit separate as a river,
And now you enter the cities and the towns,
And you can see civilization all around you,
But still there is a feeling of being individual,
Of being separate,
But now you are heading towards the ocean,
As you head towards the ocean,
You might notice fear coming up,
Of losing yourself,
You might feel a lack of trust here,
That what will happen when you will enter the ocean,
You might notice some resistance,
But you know that meeting the ocean is inevitable,
So now you are merging with the ocean,
As you are merging with the ocean,
This is the death of the ego,
A temporary death,
The river is losing itself,
And now you have merged with the ocean,
As you merge with the ocean,
Initially there might be confusion,
What is happening,
But now you allow yourself to surrender,
You know there is no point in trying to control this,
You cannot be separate from the ocean,
So you surrender,
Allow yourself to surrender now,
This ocean is the great spirit,
Allow the ego to be surrendered,
Feel yourself merging with the ocean,
With this great spirit,
The great spirit is like the ocean all around you,
And you realize that you are never separate from the great spirit,
That the separation is just a perception,
In true essence you are one with the great spirit,
Feel this oneness,
Feel this expansion,
Allow yourself to surrender to the ocean,
And as you surrender to the ocean,
You realize that you are the ocean,
You are supported by the ocean and you are the ocean,
But you are also a drop in the ocean,
This is the paradox,
That you are a drop in the ocean,
And at the same time you are the entire ocean in a drop,
That you are one with the great spirit,
That you are the great spirit,
But at the same time you are also a human being,
But the great spirit,
This ocean is always here to support you,
Is always here to love you,
Feel this love,
Support of the great spirit,
Of the ocean,
Surrender all control of the ego to the great spirit,
And just for the next few moments,
Allow yourself to be in silence,
And experience the great spirit in silence,
And now gradually bringing your awareness back,
Allowing the visual of the ocean to disappear,
And bringing your awareness back to your physical body,
Realizing that you are the great spirit,
And at the same time you are also a human being,

Taking a breath,
