Hello friends and welcome to another Morning Mini.
And a few minute movements.
As always,
You can gather your hot drink if you like.
This time is yours so you can just listen with a drink.
You can close the eyes if you like.
You can let the gaze be soft.
I'm here with you via video,
But you don't have to pay attention.
Imagine me just as a companion here with you as you take your time this morning.
A minute movement might just be a little roll with the shoulders shrugging away.
Any weight that settled upon them.
As we begin to ease into our day.
And we can move with the breath if we like as we take a lovely inhale and raise the shoulders up.
And exhale,
Shrug them away.
Rising.
And falling.
Rising.
And falling.
And then we can make the movement a little bigger,
Perhaps,
As we rise up with the arms,
With the inhale.
And let them fall away.
So we inhale,
Rise up.
Let them exhale,
Let them fall.
You can make this movement as big or as small as you like as we rise and fall with the breath.
Bye.
And four.
As we settle here.
A few minutes.
We'll tape.
A few easeful breaths.
A little precious pause before the day begins.
And as I often share in these morning sessions,
It's okay if you don't feel filled with boundless energy and positivity just yet this morning.
We're taking our time.
But perhaps.
.
.
We might.
Consider or reflect.
Upon.
Something we would like.
To say yes to.
This morning.
It might be yes.
To a new opportunity a new connection It might be yes to a good habit that you are cultivating.
It might be yes to reaching out to someone or setting up.
An event.
Or a meeting.
Let it be simple.
Let it be achievable.
Let it be kind.
Your mind might want to jump ahead to all the many things.
That you need to do.
Any schedules and deadlines,
But try and bring it back just to one thing.
One thing.
That you would like to say yes to.
Morning or today.
This shall be My one small yes.
To begin our day.
Let's start off with one here.
Shall we take one final stretch?
Yes.
Let's take a lovely inhale and reach high to sky.
And as we exhale,
Let the hands fall away.
Open the eyes if they're closed.
And I welcome you back.
To the morning.
And I hope that your day is filled with little moments of yes.
Little moments.
Of positivity.
Thank you so much for joining me.
Farewell for now.
