Welcome to your cord cutting meditation.
I'm Sarah.
Start by finding a comfortable seat and have a nice long spine.
Take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your nose.
This process is gentle and comfortable,
However it can bring up lots of emotions and it can ripple out into the energy field and reach the other people or events connected to you.
Be gentle with yourself as we begin this process.
Now bring to mind a person or a situation that you would like to remove the energy that feels stuck to.
If it is a situation,
You can embody that situation into some sort of physical being.
And then invite the person or this being to sit in front of you.
Just take a moment to notice any emotions that might arise.
And then imagine that there's two cords connected between your root chakras.
So that's at the base of the tailbone.
There's two cords connecting you and this person from your sacral chakra,
Which is just below your belly button.
There's two cords between your solar plexus,
Your heart,
Two cords between your throat,
Two cords between your third eye,
And two cords between your crowns.
Now take a nice deep breath.
We're going to gently unhook the cord that's stuck in your root chakra.
Gently let it unhook and unfurl and send it back to them with love and respect,
Saying what's yours is yours.
Unhook the cord that's stuck in their root chakra.
Bring it back into your body with love and tenderness and say what's mine is mine.
Take a nice deep breath.
Move up to your sacral chakra,
That area just below your belly button.
Unhook the cord that's stuck in your body and send it into their body with love and respect.
What's yours is yours.
Unhook the cord that's in their sacral chakra.
Bring it into your body.
What's mine is mine.
Moving up to the solar plexus,
The place where your ribs meet,
Unhook the cord that's stuck in your body.
Send it to them with love and tenderness.
What's yours is yours.
Unhook the cord that's stuck in their solar plexus.
Bring it into you.
What's mine is mine.
Moving up to the heart now,
Unhook the cord that's in your heart.
With love and respect,
Send it into them.
What's yours is yours.
Unhook the cord that's in their heart.
Bring it back into your body.
What's mine is mine.
Moving up to the throat,
Unhooking the cord that's in your throat.
Sending it to them.
What's yours is yours.
Unhooking the cord that's in their throat.
Bringing it back to you with love and tenderness.
What's mine is mine.
Moving up to your third eye now,
That point between your eyebrows and your forehead,
Unhook the cord that's in your forehead.
Send it to them.
What's yours is yours.
Unhook the cord that's in their forehead.
Bring it into your body with love and tenderness.
What's mine is mine.
Now we're moving up to the last attachment.
Again,
We're doing this with love and respect and gentleness.
Unhook the cord that's stuck in your crown chakra.
Send it into their body.
What's yours is yours.
Unhook the cord that's in their crown chakra.
Bring it back into your body.
What's mine is mine.
Take a full deep breath.
Notice how it feels with visualizing them still sitting in front of you.
You in your own autonomy and them separate from you.
Notice the emotions running through you,
The sensations in your body.
Be gentle,
Compassionate,
And curious and gently let them go from your visualization,
Saying any parting words if that is something you wish to do.
And then I'd like you to imagine there's a pink goo coming out the crown of your head.
Pink warm goo overflowing your forehead,
The back of your head,
The sides of your ears.
This pink warm goo envelops your whole face,
Your neck,
Your shoulders.
This pink warm goo envelops your arms,
Your elbows.
It envelops your hands,
Your torso,
The front of your chest,
The back of your body,
Your belly,
Your low back,
Your hips.
This pink warm goo envelops your thighs,
Your knees,
Your lower legs,
Your ankles,
And your feet.
And your whole body is now enveloped in this pink warm goo.
You're in this pink cocoon.
This is the energy of Quan Yin,
The goddess of love and compassion.
This pink goo cocoon is a visualization you can come back to any time that you need self-love,
That you need a quick moment to regain your strength or come back into your autonomous power.
Take a nice deep breath here.
Feeling any feelings you're feeling and then gently letting that visualization go,
Knowing we're coming to the close of our practice.
So wiggling your fingers and toes,
Gently bring your awareness back into the room,
Opening your eyes when you're ready,
And welcome back.
