Welcome to reset and recenter your energy.

This is Sarah and I am so happy to be with you.

Let's begin by finding a comfortable meditation posture,

Ensuring that your spine is aligned whether you are upright or reclined.

Once you've settled in,

Take a big breath.

Exhale,

Sigh it out.

Beginning to tune now into your physical body.

Take a moment to scan your body from the top.

Noticing how you're feeling.

Any spots that feel flowy and easy or perhaps a little tense.

Noticing gently and lovingly.

The first step towards healing is awareness.

With this increased awareness on how you're doing,

Let's consciously begin to relax our bodies.

Giving extra focus and attention to the areas that begin to relax your scalp and the top of your head.

Softening your forehead and your eyebrows and the crease on your eyes to relax and soften.

Opening your throat and your neck.

Relaxing your shoulders,

Chest and upper back,

Your lower back,

Stomach and inner organs.

Releasing and relaxing your hips.

Allowing your arms,

Hands and fingers to relax fully and deeply.

Your legs,

Your feet and your toes relax.

Take a moment now scanning your body.

Allowing for more relaxation if any areas picked up tension or feelings of disease.

Imagine these areas opening up,

Sending light and softness.

Now that we've relaxed our physical bodies,

We'll begin to tune in to our energetic bodies.

In today's meditation,

We'll pay extra attention to our heart space.

The bridge between our lower centers,

Which are concerned with our physical needs.

And our higher centers,

Which are concerned with our mental,

Emotional and spiritual needs.

Your awareness to the base of your spine,

Noticing your first chakra.

Bringing your awareness now to your second chakra,

Noticing the beautiful orange glow at your sacrum.

Moving your awareness up to your belly space,

Your third chakra.

Begin to notice a yellow light,

Being a gentle observer of your energy body.

Moving your focus now to your heart space,

Your fourth chakra.

You notice a green light glowing.

Moving your awareness to your throat space,

Your fifth chakra.

There's a blue vibrant light.

Moving your awareness now into your third eye space,

Your sixth chakra.

You notice a beautiful indigo light glowing now,

Observing your energy body.

Noticing if any colors feel more vibrant than others.

Or perhaps any physical sensations within the vicinity.

However this energy shows up for you today is perfect.

Bringing your awareness now back to your heart space,

The green light.

Begin to take deep breaths through your chest.

Allowing your heart space to grow and expand as you energize this green light.

As you continue to send more life force energy into your heart space through your breath.

You notice that this green light begins to grow brighter and brighter.

You continue to send more breath here.

Envisioning this light illuminating your heart space.

This light becomes so powerful that it now begins to spin in rotation.

Spinning faster and faster and growing bigger and bigger.

As this begins to rotate and spin,

This green light now becomes a vortex.

Vortexing energy from your lower centers to be cleared and cleansed through the powerful energy of your heart space.

The red light from the base of your spine is pulled up into your heart space.

Joined by the orange light from your sacrum.

Yellow light from your belly space joins this healing vortex.

The blue light from your throat space is drained and joins your heart space.

Also is invited into this vortex.

Your body is now completely enveloped within your heart space.

Your chakras being cleared and cleansed and respect within this powerful healing vortex.

Continue sending breath and light within your heart space.

Noticing the rotation of your heart chakra.

Perhaps it's spinning in a clockwise rotation.

Energizing positive experiences,

Thoughts,

And feelings.

Or perhaps it's spinning counterclockwise.

Outdated thoughts,

Feelings,

Or ways of being.

Continue to pay attention to your heart chakra.

Just observing the rotation and light here.

Sending more breath and positive intention to reset and recenter your energy.

Every inhale allows you.

Every exhale grounded,

Supported.

Noticing now any feelings.

Any insights or guidance.

Mental pictures or feelings.

Simply being open to anything that wants to come through.

Healing for your highest and best.

Send one more big breath into your heart space.

On your exhale,

Begin to gently invite this light to slow down.

To anchor and stabilize this healing within your energy field.

As this light begins to slow in rotation.

The energy from your other chakras gently drips down your spine.

Settling in at the base of your spine.

Light flows down your spine and settles in your sacrum.

Light from your belly space returns,

Purified.

The blue light travels up your spine and settles in your throat space.

The indigo light travels up your spine,

Settling in your third eye space.

Finally,

The white light travels from your heart space up your spine,

Out the top of your head.

Your entire energy body has been cleared and cleansed and purified through the power of your heart space.

Notice how luminous and centered you feel.

Begin to invite some gentle movements back into your physical body.

Connecting with your breath to bring you back to this present moment.

Know that your heart space will continue to bring the cleansed and cleared,

Purified energy throughout your body.

And the healing that took place today will continue to circulate and stabilize within you.

When you are ready,

Take these reset and re-centered feelings with you through the rest of your day.
