Welcome!
Thank you for being here.
Let's begin by making sure you're in a comfortable seat,
Allowing yourself to take a slow deep breath in.
Let it fall out of your body without any effort,
Just releasing.
Let your shoulders loosen.
Let your jaw soften,
Maybe putting your tongue at the top of your mouth.
Let your whole system know,
I don't have to hold anything right now.
Feel the ground beneath you.
Feel your breath anchoring you.
Give yourself permission to arrive.
Now I invite you to imagine a soft light forming around your body.
Warm,
Steady and strong.
Feel the warmth of it.
Feel that light all around you.
This is your space,
Your truth,
Your remembering.
Inside this light,
You are safe to explore what wants to be healed.
So feeling that warmth a little bit longer and just knowing that you are supported and you are loved and feeling that comfort of that beautiful light all around you.
Bringing your awareness to the belief that's been sitting in your heart for far too long.
I am not worthy of love.
You don't have to fight it.
Just notice how it feels.
Notice where it lives in your body.
I'm going to say it again.
And I invite you to really tune in to your body and see where there might be tightness or unease in your body as I say it.
I am not worthy of love.
And notice how this belief may have echoed through your past.
Moments where you gave more than you received.
Moments where you weren't met in the way you needed.
Moments where you felt alone,
Even when others were there.
Not because you were lacking.
Not because you were unlovable.
But because you are asking for depth in places that could only offer surface.
Because your heart is generous.
Your loyalty runs deep.
And not everyone knew how to meet you there.
Just bringing your one hand up to your chest,
The other to your belly,
And allowing yourself to take a nice big breath in.
Feel the truth in that.
Remembering that you were never the problem.
Now imagine gently lifting that belief.
I am not worthy of love.
Imagine taking it out of your body and placing it in front of you.
And even if you feel let's say the tightness in your chest,
If you felt like you wanted to pull that belief out of you.
And looking at it as it stands in front of you.
See it there outside of you.
A story learned,
Not a truth lived.
You are not the story you never were.
This is a belief but it doesn't need to be your belief anymore.
Feel the space opening inside you as you release it.
Bringing your hands to wherever that tightness was,
Wherever that belief was.
And allowing yourself to breathe into that space.
Once again place your hand on your heart and breathe into the warmth beneath your palm.
And repeating after me saying softly inside yourself or out loud if it feels good.
I am worthy of love.
I am worthy of being met with the same depth I give.
I am worthy of respect.
I am worthy of softness and devotion.
I'm worthy of people who choose me back.
I am worthy simply because I exist.
Let these words settle into your chest,
Into your belly,
Into the spaces that once held doubt.
Feel your body absorbing them like nourishment.
Now imagine a warm golden light flowing into every place that used to hold the old story.
Into the tightness,
The resentment,
The exhaustion,
The I am all alone,
The no one has my back.
Let this light soften every ache.
Let it fill every crack.
Let it remind you of what's always been true.
I am loved.
I am carried.
I am not alone.
I am supported in more ways than I know.
I am becoming who I was always meant to be.
Feel your heart expand just a little more enough to receive this new truth.
Now taking one final slow breath in through your nose and exhale through your mouth with a soft sigh.
Know this,
You are worthy of love.
You are worthy of care.
You are worthy of someone choosing you.
You are worthy of relationships that give as much as they take.
You are worthy of a life that honors your depth.
You are worthy of a family that loves you.
As you turn to your space,
Your breath,
Your day,
Carry this truth like a quiet glow inside your chest.
You are worthy.
You always were.
And now you remember.
Allowing yourself to take these words with you today.
Allowing yourself to come back,
Reawaken the body and remember these words that you carry in your heart and come back to this meditation anytime you need that reminder.
