Hello,
My name is Sarah Shirley and welcome to this guided meditation.
So I invite you to lay down and get yourself in a very comfortable position.
Make sure you have everything that you need in order to fall asleep.
You can pause this if there's anything that's missing before you can fully rest and close your eyes.
And just laying on your back for now and feeling your body begin to melt into the surface beneath you.
And taking a moment and place your hands on your heart.
And taking a few nice deep breaths into your heart space.
And on the exhale,
Letting out a gentle sigh.
A nice deep breath into your heart,
Bringing in nourishment.
And gentle breath out,
Letting out some sounds,
Releasing any tension or tightness from the day.
And on your next inhale,
Breathing in gratitude for this day that you've just experienced.
May have been a wonderful day.
It may have been a challenging day.
And I'm certain there's one thing in this day that you can find gratitude in your heart for.
Perhaps it was a moment with a stranger or someone that you love.
Perhaps it was a success at work or in your business.
Something you learned,
Something you received.
What is your heart grateful for on this day?
Letting your body sink deeper into the surface beneath you.
Letting your shoulders melt.
Your jaw soften.
Continuing to breathe in and out through your nose.
Relaxing the muscles in your face and especially around your eyes and your third eye.
Letting go of any thoughts.
Giving permission to all your muscles to relax.
Feeling your neck relax in the back of your head.
Letting go of any stress,
Any tightness,
Or tension.
Choosing to let it go and to allow yourself to melt.
Letting go of any tension.
Letting your belly soften and relax.
Your hips.
Your pelvic region softening and relaxing,
Melting,
Letting go.
Allowing all the way down your legs to soften and relax.
And even all the way down into your feet.
Letting your feet melt.
And beginning to open your awareness to angels that are present here with you.
Sensing,
Feeling,
Seeing the angels.
When noticing,
Just being aware that they're here.
Feeling them bring in a beautiful shimmering light into your space.
Feeling up your room that you're in with love,
With nourishment.
With deep restful energy.
Perhaps opening if the angels would like to place their hands on you anywhere that you need right now.
And just allowing yourself to receive this nourishment,
This blessing,
This love,
This light.
And continue to allow yourself to soften and melt.
And just witnessing as this angel,
These angels are creating a beautiful protective barrier all around your bed,
Your bedroom.
Filling up this space with a silvery white light.
So that you can sleep undisturbed.
So that you can sleep deeply and profoundly.
And wake up to a brand new day.
