Sylvia Leung has been practicing singing bowls for 8 years and has been giving sessions in her space in Sheung Wan for the past 3 years. She also is trained for sound therapy where she puts the bowl directly on the body and has a special table for those sessions in her space. We recorded two sessions that day, one shorter and one longer. The first one was a short one focused on inner energy and balancing the top chakra's masculine and feminine energy. Her style is slow and quiet. There were a few bowls that when played together had this amazing synergy making it quite moving. This is a challenging session as some construction sounds can be heard in sections of the recording. An open mind is necessary when listening.

It's an outstanding meditation track. I love the intermixing frequencies.
