Hi there,
And thank you for joining me.
It's been quite a while since my last upload to Insight Timer,
And in the nature of being open and honest,
The reason for that is that I've been going through my own struggles fighting and facing my own demons.
The good news is that I'm doing so much better,
And I am truly grateful to be in the position that I am today.
During the process,
And this process is still continuing,
I've been looking for inspirational quotes from people that I admire,
That have given me strength through this process.
And because it's helped me,
I thought I would share these with you in the form of affirmations.
So that is what we're going to do today.
And before we start,
Let's just take a couple of minutes to find our center,
Find a position that you are comfortable in,
And let's just take some breaths,
And just come to a place of peace.
When you breathe,
Say to yourself,
I am breathing in,
I know this is my in-breath.
I am breathing out,
I know this is my out-breath.
Make your in-breath a little deeper than normal,
And your out-breath a little slower and longer than normal.
One more.
Now let your breath return to normal.
Just let go.
And you can either just listen to these affirmations,
Or you can repeat them out loud,
Or simply to yourself,
Whatever you feel comfortable with.

Drive,
And passion.
