Hello my dear hearteners,

Today's meditation is an exercise in cultivating the spiritual fruit we observed yesterday.

Let us begin this meditation by being still.

Find a quiet place,

Free of distractions if you can.

I invite you to turn your cellphone notifications off.

And be still.

And in that stillness,

Adopt an attitude of gratitude and non-judgment.

Start with yourself,

Allowing yourself to be free of self-criticism,

Especially when it comes to this meditation.

And extend that attitude of non-judgment toward others and even situations.

And that will organically lead you to a heart and mindset of peace and loving kindness.

For this meditation,

I invite you to simply search within.

Find the goodness inside you.

Imagine fostering this goodness.

Picture this goodness growing.

And imagine harvesting the goodness.

Search within.

Find the goodness inside you.

Posture the goodness.

Grow the goodness.

Harvest the goodness.

Enter the goodness.

Grow the goodness.

Harvest the goodness.

Do we not have the Holy Spirit living inside each one of us?

Do we not have Christ in our hearts?

We do,

Don't we?

We all have the Holy Spirit living inside each one of us,

Don't we?

And we all have Christ in our hearts.

Some of us put different language on this,

And yet we all have it.

We were all created in the image of the goodness.

We all have goodness within.

We all have goodness within.

Find the goodness within you.

Enter the goodness within you.

Grow the goodness within you.

And harvest the goodness within you.

And then let that goodness be an outward expression as well.

Find the goodness within you.

And let it flow out from you.

Foster the goodness within you.

And let it flow out from you.

Grow the goodness within you.

And let it continue to flow out from you.

And harvest the goodness both within you and as an outward expression from you.

Let the goodness flow in.

Let the goodness flow out.

Let the goodness flow in.

And let the goodness flow out.

Thank you for meditating with me today,

My dear Harkonners.

May grace and peace,

Goodness,

Light and love be with you.
