Welcome to this new moon meditation called Chaos Moses,

Breathing Through Chaos.

This meditation is for you if you feel a little overwhelmed with the building energy of the spring season,

The expectations you might have for yourself and your life,

Or if you feel like you are going outside of yourself to find answers.

This meditation is a beautiful practice which you can do wherever,

Whenever you need to center yourself.

Let's begin.

Find a comfortable position and let's start dropping into your heart space.

Close your eyes and let's breathe deeply together 10 times.

Breathe in and breathe out,

Breathe in,

Breathe out,

Breathe in and start dropping into your heart,

Breathe out,

Breathe in.

Feel your heart space expanding with every breath and breathe out.

Breathe in and drop into that space as you feel it growing and expanding,

Breathe out.

For the next 5 breaths breathe in your own time and space as you expand your heart space.

As you have centered yourself into your heart,

Now imagine your heart is a garden and your dreams and longings are seeds that are starting to grow.

Whenever you breathe you give your dream seeds the love,

Care and attention they need to grow.

You give them life,

You tend them and give them attention.

Some seeds may be full of optimism and wanting to grow and some seeds may be tender and even sad as past longings didn't turn out the way you might have expected.

Whatever seeds you might find as you breathe and whatever state you find them in,

Try not to judge it.

Embrace all of them and all the emotions that arise.

Let's try to get to know your dream seeds a little better.

Feel into them,

Look at them,

Are they still seeds,

Are they seedlings that have started to sprout and grow or are they maybe even full plants already?

What do they look like?

What are their shapes and colors?

As you look at this field that is your garden,

Try to listen to what the flowers and seeds and seedlings want to tell you.

What do they need from you in this moment?

It's time to come back now but know that this heart's garden is your place,

It's a place that you can always return to.

You don't need to look for anything outside yourself,

You just need to tend to the seeds in your heart through your breath.

Trust that with your care,

Attention and love you can draw anything you need into your life.

But for now,

Just focus on tending your garden,

The flowers will appear when they are ready and butterflies and bees will come uninvited.

When you are ready,

You can open your eyes and return back to the room or place you find yourself in.

You can return to continue your day.

If any images or messages came up for you during this journey,

You can draw them or note them down.

You can revisit these thoughts at a later time.

Thank you for taking this time to tend to yourself and know that your heart's garden is only a breath away.
