Welcome to this new moon meditation.

This is your time to ground and connect as you empty your cup and release what no longer serves you.

Before we begin,

Make sure you are in a quiet,

Comfortable space.

Allow yourself to settle in.

Find a comfortable position,

Feet on the ground or lying down.

Close your eyes.

Allow your body to soften.

Now let's begin by taking five breaths together.

Inhale through your nose and exhale through the mouth.

Inhale through the nose,

Exhale through the mouth.

Inhale.

For the next five breaths,

You can breathe in your own time and rhythm.

Imagine now you are laying down on the grass on a meadow.

The sun is gently warming you.

The wind is a soft caress against your skin.

Imagine roots reaching down,

Anchoring you deep into the soil.

You are held.

You are safe.

With every breath,

Let yourself arrive fully in this moment.

Know that this place is yours and yours alone.

No one can reach you here.

You are safe to feel.

You are safe to belong.

You are protected.

Breathe deeply and let the earth cradle your body like one of her sacred flowers.

As you have settled deeply into the earth,

You can hear a quiet whisper.

It's time to sift and sort.

Let go of what no longer serves you.

Old patterns,

Unfulfilled dreams,

Regrets or disappointments.

Old fears and the weight of unfinished stories.

Know that the earth can receive anything from you and recycle it into new and fertile soil.

With your next exhale,

Let everything go.

Take a deep breath in and on your next exhale,

Imagine them drifting away like leaves in the wind.

Give thanks for the lessons of the past,

For the wisdom they brought you,

The strength they gave you.

As you have emptied your cup,

You can now listen.

Listen to your body before your mind.

What feels nourishing?

What feels draining?

What do you long for in this new cycle?

Is it more rest?

Maybe more energy?

Or maybe boundaries?

To feel love,

Ask your soul,

What do you long for in this new cycle?

Is it freedom?

Creativity maybe?

Or peace?

Whatever arises,

Trust it.

If you feel like it,

You can take a moment here to form an intention.

Do you see something in your mind?

Do you hear a quiet whisper in your heart?

Offer yourself to let the universe speak to you and through you.

You can now feel a gentle energy stirring beneath you,

A lightness.

You can trust in your wings,

Dusted,

Strong and ready to carry you to new heights.

You can step forward now with curiosity,

Courage,

With a beginner's mind.

This new moon is your blank page,

Your new beginning and you are ready.

Take a deep inhale and start to wriggle your fingers and toes.

You can slowly now start to come back to the room or place you are in.

If any images or visions came up for you during this meditation,

You can take a pen and paper and give form to these intentions.

Draw them,

Write them or simply use your voice to speak them into the world.

Seal your intention in trust,

Knowing the universe moves in perfect timing and you are now ready to step forward into your next chapter.

Ready to soar on wings newly dusted.

In the days that come,

Remember to seek what feathers your wings.
