And begin to relax your entire body.
Notice if your mind is looping around the same thought.
Replaying.
Perhaps revisiting.
Or circling back again and again.
Take another slow,
Deep breath.
Imagine that thought.
As a track A circular path that your mind keeps walking.
Now imagine stepping off that track.
One step to the side.
Notice what happens.
When you are no longer walking this loop.
The motion stops.
Take another deep breath.
Now imagine.

That looping thought onto a screen in front of you.
You can see it clearly.
You are no longer inside of it.
Take another breath.
Now ask yourself one simple question.
Is there anything I can act on right now?
If yes.
Imagine writing down one small action.
Just one If not,
Imagine.

Dimming the screen.
And notice how this breaks the cycle.
Now repeat quietly.
I can step out of my repeating thoughts.
Awareness.
It breaks the loop.
I asked.
When action is possible.
I release.
What cannot be solved now.
Feel your mind becoming.

A little more grounded.
Take another slow breath.
And remain outside of the loop.
