Greetings and welcome to this chime style sound bath for aligning to the frequency of gratitude.
A chime style sound bath is a little bit different than a traditional sound bath.
In this sound bath we will be using chime and bell style frequencies in order to drive away negative emotions and help us align to the concepts of positivity and gratitude.
I invite you now to adjust the volume on your headphones so that it's not too loud and to find a comfortable seat or lying down position in which you can enjoy this meditation.
Center your energy with your breath.
Start by taking a deep breath in for a count of four,
Three,
Two,
One,
And an audible exhale for a count of five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One.
As you enjoy this sound bath,
Keep breathing in this metronome,
Relax,
And give yourself a moment of peace,
Presence,
And gratitude.

I invite you to take one final deep breath in through your nose and an audible exhale through the mouth,
Breathing in feelings of positivity and breathing out feelings of gratitude.
