Unlock Your Soul Secrets - An Ancient Egyptian Journey

It appears that ice crystals are closely and permanently linked to the human soul.

When I think about why ice crystals have spoken to so many people,

I know that it is because they contain the key to the mysteries of the universe,

And this key can unlock the consciousness required to understand the proper order of the universe and our role in it.

Water is the mirror of the soul.

It has many faces,

Formed by aligning itself with the consciousness of human beings.

What gives water its ability to reflect what is in people's souls?

In order to answer this question,

I would first like to make sure you understand this fact,

Existence is vibration.

The entire universe is a state of vibration and each thing generates its own frequency.

These words were written by Masuro Moto from his book Hidden Messages in Water.

Hi,

I'm Shannon and grateful that you're joining me on our journey today,

Diving into unlocking the mysteries of your soul and where you're being called to.

Because we ourselves are bodies of water,

We are connected to the mystery of the universe.

Our bodies,

Our souls,

Ever calling to each other,

Shifting and changing.

Today we will take a journey into ancient Egypt and its wisdom of the Akashic records of your soul.

Your soul carries the DNA of all those lifetimes of who you have been and who you can become.

The ancient Egyptians honored the star Sirius.

The star Sirius is considered our spiritual sun,

That sun which illuminated the messages of our soul,

Who is considered the guardian of the path of the soul,

Both coming into the world as well as leaving.

When we connect with this ancient Egyptian wisdom,

We can connect with the energy of the star Sirius,

Then to unlock our own cellular DNA,

Those codes written within us that want to be illuminated,

That want to be brought into the physical world,

That are part of our own path.

What wisdom does your soul and your body want to share with you today that wishes to reveal itself to you?

Allow yourself to open up to these messages today.

To begin to move into our session today,

I'd like to share this poem with you called Ten Million Stars by Nancy Wood Inside each raindrop swims the sun Inside each flower breathes the moon Inside me dwell ten million stars One for each of my ancestors The elk,

The raven,

The mouse,

The man,

The flower The coyote,

The lion,

And the fish Ten million different stars am I But only one spirit connecting all As we move into the guided visualization,

I'll have you come into a resting space,

Whether seated or lying down,

Making yourself comfortable,

Allowing yourself to be present with your body,

Your emotions,

Your soul on this journey.

Now let's move into the guided journey together.

Begin centering and grounding your energy by connecting with the rhythm of your breath,

Inhaling and exhaling gently and slowly,

Allowing your body to connect with Mother Earth,

With being present here and now on this journey.

Closing your eyes when you're ready,

Centering on your third eye,

Imagine feeling a beautiful indigo doorway of light opening at your third eye,

Glowing,

Vibrating,

You know,

Imagine yourself standing in front of this beautiful third eye doorway,

This portal into yourself,

Your consciousness,

Your soul,

Breathing in deeply,

And as you exhale,

Imagine stepping through that indigo doorway of light,

You now find yourself standing in the desert,

In ancient Egypt,

In the sand,

In the night time with the beautiful sky overhead,

The stars glimmering,

A full moon greeting you,

The moon's light glowing on the sand,

And a breeze touching your skin,

As you gaze at the sand and the moonlight,

You see that there is a path through this desert,

You step up onto the path and as you do,

A small Arabian desert mouse joins you on the path,

Scurrying in front of you,

The mouse stops,

Sits up,

Looks at you,

Looks down the path,

And you know that it wants you to follow it,

The mouse leaps onto the path moving through the desert,

Through the sand,

You walk along this path following your mouse guide,

The farther on the path you go in this beautiful ancient Egyptian desert,

You begin to see in the distance,

The outline of the Sphinx who sits in the sand,

The closer you get to the Sphinx,

You see that her eyes follow you as you walk the path in front of her,

You continue to follow your mouse guide through the desert until it stops in front of the Sphinx,

And now standing in front of the Sphinx you stop,

Turn toward her,

Looking up as her eyes meet you,

The job of the Sphinx is to reveal to you those parts of yourself that you're still working on,

And although it may feel like a weakness,

By bringing these things up to your attention,

It allows you to see how you can turn these parts of you into beauty,

Light,

And strength,

What part of yourself does the Sphinx want you to focus on today on your journey,

Allow yourself to feel,

See,

Or hear what she shows you now,

Take a deep breath in,

And exhale,

With the Sphinx's wisdom beginning to open you,

It allows the mystery of yourself to be more revealed as we continue on the journey,

Your small Arabian mouse guide now moves back onto the path,

Moving forward through the desert,

You follow behind once more,

The moon continuing to guide your way,

As you look across the desert you see in the distance a beautiful pyramid coming into view,

Pointing high into the night sky,

Your mouse guide stops momentarily and you stop as well,

The mouse looking up into the sky,

Above the point of where the pyramid is pointing,

You raise your eyes up into the sky and see that the beautiful star Sirius is rising above the pyramid,

You realize that you and the mouse are headed towards this pyramid now,

Your mouse guide continues on the path in front of you,

Taking you through the desert towards the pyramid where the star Sirius and the moon's light shine over the pyramid illuminating it in the night,

Your mouse guide has run ahead and is now standing at the base of the pyramid waiting for you to arrive,

As you reach the base of the pyramid which towers tall above you,

You look down and the small mouse guide stands in front of the pyramid it stones,

And as the moonlight shines on the front of the pyramid it reveals that there is a doorway,

The mouse scurries underneath the crevice of the doorway going into it onto the other side,

You reach out and place your hand on the door speaking your name now,

Your name spoken opens the doorway into the pyramid,

And as the door opens you see that your mouse guide is standing there on the other side waiting for you,

As you step across the threshold of the doorway into the pyramid,

Your mouse guide now shifts into and becomes a soul guide,

What does your soul guide look like,

What has he or she transformed into to guide you through the pyramid,

Allow yourself to connect with your soul guide now,

Your guide turns now and walks down the hallway of the pyramid,

You follow behind,

First you take stairs that lead downward then turning right,

Continuing to follow your guide now upstairs,

Turning left,

The hallways inside the pyramid are glowing orange and yellow in the light of flickering candles,

And now your guide comes to a final staircase that leads down until you come into a large open room,

The ceiling moving up into the point of the top of the pyramid high overhead,

This large open room within the pyramid is lit by beautiful candlelight all around you,

Creates a warm and subtle light helping you feel connected and safe in this space,

The more your eyes adjust to the lighting of this space inside this room within the pyramid you see that all around you is an ancient library of scrolls and texts,

Your soul guide now invites you to explore the room,

The library,

Its texts and scrolls connecting with the energy of all the wisdom that resides in this beautiful space,

Take this time now to explore,

You seem to be drawn or called to one particular shelf and as you stand in front of it your soul guide now stands next to you,

You turn and your soul guide has you reach your hands out so he or she can hold them and whispered in this space your soul guide asks now what message does your soul want you to activate,

Unlock or reveal to you in this moment now,

You feel the energy of your guide moving through you,

Your eyes drift up to the walls of the pyramid rising above you and you see that there are small windows in which the outside light can stream through,

The full moon's light outside falls through those small windows into the space that you're standing in illuminating the scrolls or texts that you stand in front of now,

You look and see that the moon's light is shining on one particular scroll or text in front of you,

Your soul guide retrieves this scroll from off of the shelf holding it in his or her hands,

Turns and walks back to the center of the room,

You follow behind until your soul guide stops in front of a beautiful desk,

Your soul guide standing on one side of the desk and you stand on the opposite side,

Your guide now hands you the scroll and you feel it placed into your hands,

What does it feel like,

What is the texture of the paper,

What does it look like,

Connect with the energy of the scroll in your hands,

Now you set the scroll down on the desk and begin to unfold it and open it,

As you do you see that the text written on the scroll is in a foreign ancient language that you don't understand at first,

You look up at your guide and he or she reaches out and hands you a large magnifying glass,

You hold the glass over the ancient text,

The moonlight overhead flows through,

Touches the glass and reflects down onto the scroll,

The light catching it and casting its light onto the scroll on the table,

The moonlight begins to shift the images of the text,

It transforms the written language into a language that you can understand that reveals itself to you,

The message written upon this scroll,

What does the message read,

What does the ancient wisdom of your soul wish to share with you now,

Allow yourself to connect with this message which might transform into words,

A song,

A feeling,

Pictures or images in your mind,

What does the mystery of your soul unlock for you to see now,

Allow yourself to connect with the message,

Take a deep breath in and exhale,

Having received this message as you connect with it,

Ask yourself in what way it can be of use to you now in your life as it is currently,

In what way can you bring this wisdom into your life,

Allow yourself to connect with this wisdom now and inhaling a deep breath in and exhaling fully out,

With this message,

This wisdom this wisdom received,

Your soul guide reaches across the desk,

Setting the magnifying glass to the side and beginning to fold the scroll,

He or she moves back across the room and places that ancient scroll back on the shelf and as your guide returns back to you in the center of the room,

You thank him or her for being here to guide this moment,

Your guide now begins to walk you back through the pyramid,

Back towards the entrance,

Up the stairs,

Down the hall,

Down the stairs,

And up the last set of stairs back to the doorway where you began this journey into the pyramid,

As your guide walks across the threshold of the doorway of the pyramid,

Touching the ancient Egyptian sand,

He or she turns back into your Arabian mouse guide,

You walk across the threshold and as you do,

The door of the pyramid closes behind you,

You look overhead in the night sky and see that the star Sirius has joined the full moon,

You look back down and your mouse guide asks you to follow him or her through the sand,

This time mouse takes you off the trail that you are on and deeper into the desert,

As you walk through the beautiful desert you see that there is a woven rug lying on the desert floor,

The mouse urges you to step onto the rug,

You see that there is a beautiful place on which to sit on the rug,

As you sit down onto this beautiful rug upon the desert floor with the night breeze flowing around you,

You close your eyes,

The moon,

The star Sirius and the message that you received in the ancient Egyptian pyramid,

All of these energies flowing through you now,

Allow yourself to receive the energy of the message,

Opening and unlocking the mystery of you,

Allow the energy of the star Sirius to flow through you,

Opening and illuminating those spaces of you that wish to grow,

Evolve and come to life and allow the moon's light to move around you,

Holding you in this gentle space,

Receive these energies now,

Take a deep breath in and exhale,

You feel your mouse guide gently touch your hand,

You open your eyes,

You reach out and thank your mouse guide for being present with you on this journey today,

When you're ready you stand and follow the mouse back onto the desert path,

Through the sand,

You pass by the pyramid once more,

Again passing by the sphinx,

You thank as well for revealing the part of yourself that needs encouragement and light,

And you follow your mouse guide back to that indigo doorway of light from where you entered,

Stepping through that indigo doorway of light,

Back into your physical body here with me now,

As you come back to this time and space with me and your body,

You feel that third eye doorway close for now,

You breathe in deeply,

Exhale fully,

Allowing yourself to stretch your whole body coming back to this moment,

Circling your wrists and ankles,

Wiggling your fingers and toes,

Rolling your neck and head gently,

Shrugging your shoulders and rolling them,

And as you come back into your physical presence,

Your body,

I'll share this poem once more with you by Nancy Wood,

10 million stars,
