Good morning.

This is your five-minute morning meditation to kickstart your day.

I invite you to sit or lie down in a comfortable position.

Close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose.

Then slowly exhale through your mouth.

And repeat this a few times to center yourself.

Imagine roots extending from the base of your spine into the earth,

Grounding you.

Feel the stability and support from the ground beneath you,

Nourishing you all through your body.

With each inhale,

Imagine drawing in positive energy and fresh possibilities for the day ahead.

As you exhale,

Release any lingering tension or negativity.

Inhale positive energy,

Exhale lingering tension.

Inhale fresh possibilities,

Exhale any negativity.

Now think of one intention or goal for today that aligns with your overall well-being and purpose.

What is that intention?

What is your goal?

It could be a small goal,

A big goal,

But set that intention for the day with purpose,

Love,

And kindness.

Picture yourself moving through your day with ease,

Grace,

And confidence.

See yourself handling challenges with calm and achieving your goals effortlessly.

And repeat silently to yourself,

I embrace today with positivity and strength.

I am ready to face whatever comes my way with grace and resilience.

Let's repeat that again.

Take a final deep breath in,

Hold it for a moment,

Then gently exhale.

Open your eyes,
