This guided meditation is a sacred invitation to honor the completion of one chapter and gently step into the next. Created for women who have moved through transformation, healing, and deep remembering, this meditation helps you release the past, integrate its lessons, and trust the natural unfolding of your life. Through breath, visualization, and contemplation, you'll be guided to reconnect with your inner wisdom and affirm the path that is uniquely yours. This is a space to let go… to listen… and to begin again.

Begin by finding a quiet,

Comfortable position,

Let your eyes close gently,

And let your breath deepen,

Let your shoulders drop.

Take a few slow conscious breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth,

Feeling the weight of your body fully supported by the earth beneath you.

Feel a great stillness surrounding you,

A sacred hush,

You've arrived at the threshold.

You've walked through fire,

You've shed layers,

You've faced truths,

You've softened into your strength.

And now,

The past no longer defines you,

It has taught you,

It has shaped you,

It has served its purpose.

The lessons have been lived,

And the wisdom is being integrated as I speak.

There is nothing for you to fix,

Prove,

Or figure out.

Now is the time to trust,

To lean into the mystery,

To allow the next chapter to unfold one breath at a time.

So take a breath in,

And exhale out.

Here at this sacred threshold,

You stand between what was and what is to come.

See yourself standing at this threshold,

Behind you,

The path you've walked,

Marked by pain,

Pain,

Pain,

Pain,

Pain,

Pain,

Pain,

Pain,

Pain,

Pain,

Pain,

Pain,

Mystery,

The call of your soul,

Not something to conquer,

But something to receive.

So breathe into the space between endings and beginning.

Feel your body standing in the liminal,

Rooted and ready.

Whisper softly inside your heart,

The past is complete.

The lessons are landing.

I trust the natural unfolding of my life.

Feel the truth of these words echo through your bones.

Now speak to the mystery,

To your soul,

To your ancestors and guides,

To the unseen forces that have been by your side all along.

What wisdom is waiting for me?

What messages do my ancestors wish me to receive?

May the next steps be revealed to me in perfect time.

Listen and feel.

Let the answers come in images,

Sensations,

Or silence.

There is no need to force anything.

Simply receive.

Now place one hand on your heart and one hand on your womb.

Feel the presence of your own becoming and ask yourself gently,

What is the story I am ready to step into?

Who am I becoming?

What does my soul long to experience?

Let the answers rise.

Let them be felt before they are understood.

And when you feel ready,

Affirm aloud or within.

I claim my path.

I walk forward as the creatress of my own destiny.

May I walk with clarity,

Courage,

And grace.

You are birthing a new story.

One that only you can write.

Feel this moment expand your heart and deepen your breath.

You are no longer who you were,

And not yet who you are becoming.

And you don't need to know exactly who you'll become.

Just keep walking.

Keep trusting.

Keep listening.

Breathe into this sacred threshold.

And let it settle in your bones.

Let it echo in your womb,

Your voice,

And your heartbeat.

Trust in what has been awakened.

Trust in yourself.

You may stay here for as long as you'd like.

And when you feel called to come out of this meditation,

Gently begin to move your body,

Wiggling your toes and your fingers.

Slowly opening your eyes,

Reorienting yourself to the space around you.

Carrying this new beginning with you.

Take a moment now to write down in your journal anything that is coming through for you in the form of words,

Drawings,

Phrases,

Or simply bask here.

This is your new beginning.

And you are ready.

Namaste.
