And tonight I'll be guiding you through an angelic cleanse.
And this is a sound and energy meditation where you'll be supported by the presence of the angels and by the healing vibration of sound.
All you need to do is get comfortable,
Close your eyes and allow yourself to be carried.
Think of this as stepping into a sanctuary,
A safe,
Luminous space where you can release everything heavy and remember who you really are.
Take a deep,
Easy breath in through your nose and let it drift out softly.
And with each breath,
Your body becomes heavier and more relaxed.
And just notice your head softening,
Your brow relaxing,
Your shoulders melting downward,
Your jaw unclenching,
Your chest softening,
The hips and thighs,
Everything softens.
Just feel the earth beneath you supporting every part of you.
You don't need to hold anything.
You are.
And with every inhale,
Peace enters.

The weight of the day leaves.
Like waves arriving and leaving the shore.

The archangels,

And Uriel anchors us deeply into the earth,

And Metatron pours crystalline light into the crown,
Lifting us into remembrance of our divine essence.

Just floating gently.
Imagine the angels sweeping breeze through your aura.

You are clear.

You are whole.
Visualize your whole body glowing in rainbow light.
And the angels seal your field with blessing.
