In a world where people are seeking fame and attention,

It seems pretty obvious that it's better to be worth knowing than it is to be well known.

Certainly there are a lot of people that have gained fame for doing things that haven't helped anyone.

Then there are people who are well known for the good they're doing in the world.

These are people who are worth knowing,

The people who inspire us to greatness.

These are people worth knowing.

Being well known for no apparent reason at all doesn't do much to change the world.

But being worth knowing for helping one or two people,

Well that energy has the power to change the world.

Set the intention to be worth knowing rather than well known.

Knowing that helping your neighbor,

Offering the best of yourself to the world,

Makes you worth knowing.

And it doesn't help whether you're well known if what you're doing isn't helping to make the world a better place to be.

Make an effort to be worth knowing instead of well known.

And know that the value that you're offering to the people you touch is the most valuable energy that exists.

Offer the best of yourself so that everyone you touch feels like you're worth knowing,

Realizing that that's much more valuable than being well known.

Blessings,

Blessings,

Blessings.

Spoken word yoga.

Namaste.
