There is so much that needs understanding.
There are so many hearts breaking.
There is so much anguish and indecision to take in.
Though you wish,
You could.
But what we advise,
Dear ones,
Is to do what you can do.
Listen as well as you can.
Help as well as you can.
But keep your inner fires burning.
Keep your flame alive.
Do not allow your will to run dry.
Your vitality is essential.
As you know,
The brighter you burn,
The more you can be felt by those around you.
Therefore,
Do your best to remove from your being that which causes you undue stress and strain.
Let that move through you like a sieve.
Retain what is important and use it as a mechanism for growth.
Let the rest drain through until you are hollow.
Imagine now that you are a hollow reed.
And as you breathe,
The air moves in and out of both ends of you.
And there is a freedom in this breath.
There is no obstruction in the hollow reed.
Nothing but clear,
Beautiful,
Cleansing air passes through you.
As a hollow reed,
You are light.
You even can sway in the breeze.
Free and unfettered.
Just experience the spaciousness of having no obstructions.
Dear friends,
When circumstances come your way that threaten to become roadblocks or trip you up,
Remember this feeling of expanded,
Light-filled unobstruction.
And you will find that you are better able to tolerate such roadblocks as they will not be blocks for you.
