This is the last part of the series on the 12 universal laws and how to work with them in daily life.
This recording is going to go through laws 10 through 12,
And then we have affirmations.
We'll have an affirmation for each one of them.
The 12 universal laws have been passed down through time from ancient Hawaiian and Egyptian cultures,
But they are just as relevant,
Meaningful,
And useful in modern-day times.
So let's talk about those last three.
Number 10.
The Law of Polarity.
The Law of Polarity.
There is always an opposite.
So let's appreciate the ups and the downs in life because it's all part of the whole.
The downs might not be as palatable as the ups,
But if we can just realize that's part of the flow,
We can perhaps make our way through that phase that much more easily.
Ab and Flow.
This is the law of mental vibrations,
And we can use this law to change our thoughts as well.
We can turn away from negative thinking and turn toward more life-enhancing and high-vibration and high-energy thoughts.
That's using the law of polarity,
Appreciating ups and downs in life,
And changing our thoughts accordingly.
And on to law number 11.
The Law of Rhythm.
The law says that all things have their own vibrations and rhythm.
Sometimes no matter how much we want to,
We just can't rush things.
We just have to do our best,
Cool down,
And go with the flow.
I don't think this means to slack off,
But just keep going and be mindful of our own personal rhythms and that of others to find a common meeting point.
And then you can move ahead together because you're both working in your own energy and bringing it together to create something new.
And that's the law of rhythm.
Everything's got its own vibration and rhythm.
And if we learn to work with it instead of against it,
We can move forward more smoothly and everyone involved can in their own energy know that they are moving forward.
Cooperation and harmony.
And the last law,
Law number 12,
Is the Law of Gender.
Everything has masculine,
Yang,
And feminine,
Yin energy.
We've all got a bit of each in ourselves.
The trick is to find the right balance for ourselves no matter what our actual sex is.
Just finding the right balance.
If we find ourselves so busy,
For instance,
Hustling to running around without a break,
Maybe it's time to honor our yin energy and have a little rest.
Be it a few minutes,
A few days,
A few weeks.
That there is also a time to press forward using our yang energy.
That's the balance,
Goes both ways.
And then of course we have our majority energy,
But we mustn't ignore the other side because that makes us complete and whole.
And we got a few affirmations.
I was guided to come to us with affirmations to help us embrace the energy of these last few laws,
Universal laws,
And use them practically in our lives.
An affirmation for Universal Law Number 10,
The Law of Polarity.
I open my mind,
Heart,
And spirit to the ebb and flow of life.
I am protected and guided to move into a higher vibration of energy.
I open my mind,
Heart,
And spirit to the ebb and flow of life.
I am protected and guided to move into a higher vibration of energy.
A positive affirmation for Law Number 11,
The Law of Rhythm.
Everything has its time and place.
I relax and am respectful of my own pace and that of others,
And learn to flow positively and at ease with life.
Everything has its own time and place.

And learn to flow positively and at ease with life.
And an affirmation for the last Number 12,
Universal Law,
The Law of Gender.
I am a peaceful blend of yang and yin energy.
I respect and know when to use each energy for my highest good and the benefit of all others concerned.
