With your breath connecting to your body of bone and blood connecting to the body and imagine you can breathe up light from the earth.
Bringing up light from the earth,
A crystalline white silver white fire from the earth up into the body,
Up the legs,
Up the spine to the heart that opens,
Opens.
Imagine you can breathe down the light from the sun,
Down through the head,
Down through the throat,
The chest,
The heart that opens with light from the sun.
Imagine you can embrace heaven and earth in your energy field.
And as this light expands out into your energy field,
Just imagine in this light,
In a moment you'll see a pathway,
A pathway.
As you take a step on the pathway now,
The path appears before you in this field of light.
And the path leads to a door.
This door is access to your inner world.
Imagine walking along the path,
Standing in front of the door and noticing the door.
How it looks,
Feels.
Reach out and touch the door.
Is it made of wood or some other material?
What's the feeling of this door?
Behind the door is a landscape in your inner world.
Imagine opening the door,
Stepping through and closing the door behind you.
And on the other side of the door,
Just trusting whatever landscape wants to appear before you.
Noticing whether it's a green landscape or a rocky landscape or even an icy landscape.
Reach out and touch,
Perhaps grass or bark of a tree.
This is your inner space.
Listening to the sounds of your inner space.
Smell the smells.
Notice the color.
What is appearing before you,
Around you.
And whatever the landscape.
In this landscape,
Take a step and somewhere in the landscape there's a path that leads deeper into the landscape.
Follow the path now.
And this path is going to lead you to a waterfall somewhere.
A waterfall.
A waterfall for cleansing and clearing your energy field.
Follow the path.
And as you follow the path,
Notice that you can hear the sound of water crashing.
Moving water.
A waterfall of light.
And as you follow the path,
Eventually you notice and see a waterfall in the distance and move towards it.
Until you're standing at the base of the waterfall.
Where you can feel the spray of water on your body.
And the sound of crashing water as it flows through earth and rock.
Falling to the ground.
And in this waterfall we're going to release any energy from other people that does not serve you,
That's perhaps causing you stress.
Or overloading you.
Any energies you've taken on from other people or groups or places.
Just going to be a releasing energy now.
So you can come back more to your own true energy.
And when you're ready,
Step through the spray into the waterfall.
And feel the pounding water over your body.
Cold icy cold water flowing around you.
And give permission for anything in your energy field that doesn't serve you now to be released.
Other people's thoughts,
Ideas,
Projections.
You do not need to know how to do this,
Just give permission for the water to carry away anything lower in your energy field to be released.
Just with the water flowing.
And imagine somehow this water can enter into your body and flow not only around you but through you.
Entering in the body,
Flying through the inner channel from head to base.
Bring out all the chakras.
Chakras in the head.
Just releasing any energies in the chakra system there.
The crown,
The third eye.
Just dropping anything down with the water,
Allowing the water to flow and carry any lower energies away.
Allowing the water to penetrate the throat and clearing anything in your throat,
Preventing you from speaking your truth.
Speaking your truth.
Allow this water to flow around you and through you.
Flowing through the heart space.
Releasing anything in the heart that's heavy,
That binds you,
That blocks you.
Any heavy feelings or emotions of other people,
Other places,
Situations in your past.
You can release and drop.
Allow the water to flow around you and through you down into the solar plexus,
Your center of power.
Anywhere where you're overwhelmed by other people's energy or anywhere you feel in conflict or in opposition or blocked by other people or other situations or groups.
Just releasing and dropping anything in the solar plexus,
Coming back to your own true power.
Allow the water to flow around you and through you down to the sacral area.
This is the center of emotion.
Center of joy.
Releasing anything blocking your joy,
Blocking your sensuality.
Any energies there from other people,
Other situations,
Other places,
Your past.
Releasing and dropping with the water.
Allowing the water to flow down to the base chakra,
The base chakra.
Releasing anything from the family that's holding you back or blocking you somehow.
Any old programs or beliefs from the family,
Just letting them go.
And imagine the water can flow through the body itself to the bones.
Releasing any energy in the bones that you're holding from the world around you that does not serve you,
Other people's projections in the bones.
Imagine the water can flow through the blood system of your body.
Releasing anything in the blood,
Any energies that the blood is carrying that can be released now from other people,
Other situations.
Imagine the water can flush every cell of your body,
Every cell of your body flushing through.
Releasing any darker or lower or old gray astral energies,
Releasing from the body so the body starts to feel lighter.
Imagine water can flow through your emotional body.
Just releasing all your old emotions,
Any stuck emotions of anger,
Grief,
Resentment,
Pain in the emotional body.
Just drop it from the past.
Giving a clear sweep through the emotional field.
Bringing you back to your own true energy.
Imagine the water can flow through your mental body,
The mind,
For the mind is energy.
Sweeping away and just washing away any thoughts or old beliefs or old perceptions that do not serve you,
That do not belong to you.
And standing under this waterfall of light.
Invoking a light in the waterfall,
A gold light to flow through the body,
Filling the void with gold,
A beautiful gold,
Luscious gold light in all the cells of the body.
Allowing this gold light to fill the bones,
The blood.
Allowing gold to flow through all the chakra system.
Allow the light to invigorate you,
Cleansing you of any stress.
Reigniting your own energy,
Coming back to your true self.
And take a breath as you stand under this waterfall of light.
Having released and invoked a new energy.
Step out of the waterfall.
Just give a little thanks to the waterfall as you feel invigorated,
Cleansed,
Clear,
Refreshed for your day.
And follow the path back to the door.
Follow the path back to the door.
Coming back to the door.
Go through the door,
Close the door behind you,
Back to the path that leads back to your body.
And just coming back,
Bringing back all your energy into the body and breathe.
And realigning all your energy fields back with the body.
Realigning your energy fields with the physical body,
Just ask your higher self to align to the physical body,
To the bones and blood of the body.
So all of your energy layers are aligned and you're coming back feeling refreshed,
Cleansed,
Back in the world and breathe.
