Anywhere you are holding lower frequencies on the out-breath,
Purge and release,
Sending it back to the light,
Back to the universe.
Allowing more light,
More space in your body following that cycle of breath.
On the in-breath,
Light into the organs and systems of your body.
Anywhere you are holding other people's energies or lower frequency energies in the organs or systems of your body on the out-breath,
Purge and release,
Sending it back to the light,
Back to the universe.
And again,
That breath,
The in-breath,
Breathing light into your chakra system,
The etheric body.
Anywhere you are holding other people's energy or low frequency energies in the chakra system from crown to base on the out-breath,
Purge and release,
Sending it back to the universe,
Back to the light.
Allowing more light and space in your energy field.
And one more breath on the in-breath,
Light into the auric system,
All layers of the aura.
Anywhere you are holding in your aura,
Anybody else's energy or low frequency energies on the out-breath,
Give permission for them to be surrendered back to the light,
Back to the universe.

And let's call your team in spirit of the highest light and resonance,
Your higher self,
Your monadic self,
All archangels and angels working with you,
All 5D to 12D guides and masters of light working with you,

Archangels of various angelic fires and other beings that have an understanding of your body and your energy system.
And let's call the archangels of the horizontal plane,
Beginning in the east with Raphael,
Archangel of air.
The symbol of this angel is a crystal wand,
Around that wand,
Two golden vines,
And at the top of the wand,
A Moldavite crystal.
As you focus on the symbol,
Calling the energy of the angel,
Which is Emerald Green Fire,
Into the space.
To the south is Michael,
Archangel of the element of fire.
The symbol of this angel is a sword of flaming blue light,
And the energy is electric blue fire.
As you focus on this symbol,
Calling that fire into the space to hold your space.
To the west is Gabriel,
Archangel of water,
The symbol a silver chalice,
The energy,
Diamond white fire,
Inviting that fire to hold the space.
To the north is Uriel,
Archangel of earth,
The symbol is a golden pentacle,
And the energy is ruby red fire.
As you focus on that symbol,
Inviting that angel into the space to hold the space.
Four angels,
Four energies and open.
And let's call the vertical force angels,
Beginning with Metatron from the great central sun,
Inviting that light,
That grid of light down into the structure you're in,
The building you're in.
If you're in nature,
Then a sphere of light around you.
If you're in a building,
Inviting that light into the walls around you,
The floor beneath your feet,
The ceiling above your head,
Closing off the space.
And let's invite Sangaphon from the crystalline grid of the earth below to bring that light up into the space,
The feet,
Grounding the space you're in and the feet and your energy field into the crystalline grid of the earth.
And let's ask Sangaphon to create a crystal sphere,
A clear crystal sphere around you,
Surrounding your physical body and your energy fields,
A large clear quartz crystal.
And let's call your healing team,
Beginning to create a grid of light,
A very fine grid of light through that crystal sphere,
Reaching through the head,
Neck,
Torso,
Pelvic area,
Arms and legs.
And the first stage of this transmission is extracting and clearing.
Let's call on psychic surgeons and magnetic crystals and other technologies to begin to pull out through that grid any toxic low frequency energy from the physical body,
Pulling it out through the crystal sphere around you,
Releasing any toxic energies and anything also in the auric field.
Crystal technology,
Magnetic crystals pulling out through the grid,
Extracting,
Releasing from your body what can be released.
Other people's energies,
Emotional,
Mental energy,
Psychic energy,
Sexual energy,
Pulling it out.
And as this is happening,
Let's invite ultraviolet fire into your field to begin dissolving cords and threads wherever that fire is needed.
Let's also call electric blue angelic fire,
Blue angelic fire into your field wherever that energy is needed,
Dissolving and releasing what can be released out of your field,
Just allowing a purging and releasing of lower energies,
Pulling them out,
Burning them,
Transforming them.
And as this is happening,
Let's call on the psychic surgeons to begin to transmit to you through the grid any essential oils,
The pure vibration of essential oils into your field for clearing and cleansing,
Perhaps for pain relief.
Essential oils such as tea tree,
The vibration of tea tree,
Anywhere your body needs it to clear up any infections in the body.
For pain relief,
Perhaps the vibration of purest CBD oil or healing herbs such as white willow for pain relief.
Anywhere you need it,
Just open to the vibration coming into your field.
And as this is happening,
Let's also call on the beings around you to begin to transmit to you sulfeggio frequencies for health,
For pain relief,
For emotional clearing,
For removing negative energies.
And let's move on to the second phase,
Which is calming and soothing your field,
Allowing these beings of light in the healing team to begin to transmit to you the purest energies of crystals,
Calming and soothing crystals.
Crystals perhaps such as selenite or rose quartz or amethyst.
Through the grid,
Wherever you need it in the body or energy field,
Purest vibration coming into your field,
The bones,
The blood,
The organs,
The systems of your body.
Also any vibration of any essential oils you need to calm and soothe your field,
Calm and soothe your nervous system,
Any vibration of herbs or plant energies or flower essences,
Allow that to be transmitted into your field.
Perhaps soothing colors can be transmitted also,
Colors such as lavender or pink or peach,
A gentle transmission of color into your field.
Again,
An invitation for a transmission for soothing sulfeggio vibrations into your field to soothe the body and energy fields.
And let's move to the third phase,
That of uplifting your field,
Allowing a transmission of crystalline energies to uplift and increase the vibration of your field.
Perhaps crystals such as clear quartz or hercimyr diamond or moldavite or lemurian seed quartz,
Whatever you need,
Allowing that to come into your field,
Wherever it needs to go.
Allowing a transmission of sulfeggio vibrations to uplift your energy,
Perhaps the vibration of miracles,
Perhaps of spiritual balance,
Perhaps of enlightenment.
If there are any essential oils or any herbs or flower essences to increase the vibration of your body,
Allow that to be transmitted wherever it needs to go.
Just open,
Breathe,
Soften and relax.
And any angelic fire that wants to come in,
Such as gold pink for the nervous system,
Platinum white fire for the skeletal system,
Other fires such as gold peach or gold orange,
Allow whatever angelic fire wants to come in now.
And breathing.
We have extracted and cleared energies in your field,
Calmed and soothed energies,
And finally uplifted your field,
Your body and energy fields.
Just allow the work to continue for a while until there is a natural decrease in intensity of the grid of light in that crystal sphere.
And let's ask for the whole crystal sphere to be sealed with a layer of gold,
A layer of gold,
Sealing the crystal sphere,
Also sealing the outermost limits of your auric field with a gold light,
Sealing your field.
Just allow the work to continue for a little while longer.
