On the in breath breathing light into the body from 360 degrees from the universe around you.
Light and on the out breath releasing anything that doesn't serve you from the 3D matrix back to the universe.
Other people's energy,
Low frequency programming or interference release on the out breath.
On the in breath light into the body.
Into the cells and DNA of the body.
Opening what can be opened.
Awakening what can be awakened.
Activating what needs to be activated right now.
And following the cycle of breath.
Bringing light into the bones and blood of the body.
On the out breath releasing anything in the bones and blood of a lower frequency nature back to the universe.
Back to the universe.
Allowing more light to return to you.
And continuing this,
Aligning your physical body with light.
And as always we call to the Archangels of the horizontal plane.

As you focus on the symbol you call the energy of the angel which is diamond white fire.
Bringing that fire into your field.
The angel's three fires and open.
And to the north completing the circle is Uriel.
The symbol a golden pentacle five pointed star in a circle of light.
And the energy is ruby red fire inviting that energy into your body as you focus on the symbol.
For angels for energies and open and breathe.
Allow for the angels to hold you and adjust your field hold and adjust your field.
And also inviting Metatron and Sandaphon Archangels of the vertical force.
Metatron connected to the central sun and Sandaphon to the crystalline grid of the earth.
Finding these two energies holding you these two angels holding you.
Six angels six energies.
And open allowing your energy field to expand into a great sphere of light.
To expand into a great chamber of light.
And breathe and notice as you look down that your feet is standing on solid ground.
Even if that solid ground is light.

And take a step take a step now and as you do so allow a pathway to open a pathway of light to open.
That pathway stretches one way to the past and one way to the future facing the future now.
The years ahead as we pass through this ascension process of shifting energy shifting light on the planet.

It's the bridge between the 3D matrix and 5D and beyond.
It is your gatekeeper the part of you that allows beings and energies to approach and interact with you.
Your higher self is your super consciousness and will indeed allow beings and energies that can be challenging also to interact with you if this leads to your growth out of the matrix.
In 3D growth is through slow tedious slog and struggle and challenge in 4D there's the option of growth through joy and challenge.
In 5D growth is only through joy bliss synchronicity flow miracle consciousness.
Call now to your higher self and in the distance far off begin to see a figure of light walking towards you.
A figure of light radiating great waves of energy.
Great waves of energy.
A light so intense as you feel these pulsating waves open to the love of your higher self for you.
And watch and open and allow this figure to approach you slowly approaching you from the future.

Feel the intensity growing as this being gets closer to you.
And eventually your higher self stands before you.
And allowing your higher self now just to reach out and touch you creating a rainbow bridge of light between you.

Perhaps geometrical symbols from the sixth dimension opening your mind to light language.

Reaching into your emotional body.
Perhaps again placing some geometrical symbols in your emotional field releasing and dissolving the lower and the energies you've taken on from other people.
Opening your emotional body to more love more compassion more joy dissolving all limits to any higher frequency energies.
More delight more pleasure.
More fun more creativity.
Opening the emotional body.
Bringing a higher light in the emotional body.
Breathing.
And now allowing your higher self to expand your capacity for growth through joy.

Reducing your need to grow through pain or suffering or struggle or limitation.
