Feel the ground beneath you,
Steady supportive.
In this moment you are safe to simply be.
Comparison can slip quietly into our lives.
It whispers you should be further ahead,
You should be more like them.
But these voices are not the truth.
They are distractions from the peace that already lives within you.
With each exhale imagine brushing those thoughts aside like leaves carried away by the wind.
They are not yours to hold,
You are free to let them go.
Now turn inward,
Bring your attention to the rise and fall of your breath.
Notice how each inhale nourishes you and each exhale clears space for calm.
As you breathe silently repeat these words.
I walk my own path.
I trust my journey.
I am already enough.
Feel these words settling gently into your body,
Into your heart.
There is no rush,
There is no race.
Your life is unfolding in its own perfect rhythm.
Like the seasons turning,
Like flowers opening in their own time.
Bring to mind now an image of yourself standing in a peaceful place,
Perhaps a quiet meadow,
A still lake or somewhere that feels soothing to you.
See yourself surrounded by a soft steady light,
Your own light.
It shines naturally without effort,
Without comparison.
It is simply who you are.
Rest here for a few breaths soaking in this truth.
Your worth is not measured against anyone else.
It comes from within.
And it is always here waiting to be remembered.
As this meditation comes to a close take one more slow deep breath in and a full cleansing exhale out.
Gently wiggle your fingers and toes bringing awareness back to your body.
