So let's begin by sitting comfortably and bring all your awareness towards making yourself as comfortable as possible,

Connecting with soul of your feet,

Making sure feet are comfortable,

Connecting with your whole legs,

Making sure legs are comfortable.

Tune into your sit bones and consciously softening them and relaxing them towards support underneath you.

Bring your awareness towards your whole spine.

Keep your spine elongated yet relax.

Relax your shoulders,

Relax your arms,

Relax head and your neck.

Eyes are soft,

Jaw is relaxed and gently chant in your mind.

Chanting for five times,

Visualizing image of Ganesha in front of your eyes.

Gently bring your awareness towards your tailbone,

The base of your spine and once again visualizing Ganesha there and chanting mantra,

Om Gam Ganapathe Namaha,

Om Gam Ganapathe Namaha,

Om Gam Ganapathe Namaha.

Now continue observing this area.

Imagine color red here at your tailbone.

Gently begin moving your awareness upwards in your spine,

Moving it slowly and steadily towards crown of your head.

Gently moving it upwards,

Slightly above crown of your head.

Imagine golden star there and imagine healing light is showering on your whole being.

Allow this healing light to heal your whole being.

Dissolve these images,

Become aware of your breath moving in your body.

Deepening your inhale,

Becoming aware of your surroundings.

Gradually bringing movements back in your body.

When you are ready,

Opening your eyes.

No hurry.
