Before we begin,
Find a comfortable seated or lying position that honors your body.
Allow yourself to settle,
To soften,
To surrender to the here and now.
Gently place your left hand on your chest,
Feeling the steady rhythm of your beating heart.
Gently place your right hand on your womb space.
As you breathe,
Feel the gentle rise and fall of your belly.
Close your eyes and take a deep breath in,
Feeling your belly,
Your heart,
Your entire being.
Exhale softly through your mouth,
Releasing tension,
Releasing all that does not belong to you.
Take this moment to offer gratitude to your body,
The sacred vessel that carries you,
The wisdom keeper that holds all your stories,
The temple of your divine essence.
Breathe in love for yourself.
Breathe out any resistance to being here,
Fully present.
With each inhale,
Gently return.
Return to yourself.
Return to your body.
Return to your heart.
Return to the goddess within you.
Allow all that you are to be as it is,
And simply return.
Return,
Return,
Return to the core of your being.
Return to your true essence,
To the truth of who you are,
To the beauty,
The power,
The wisdom that has always been within you.
Rest here for a few moments,
Breathing in your own presence,
Feeling the goddess within you rise and be witnessed.
When you are ready,
Gently bring your awareness back to your body.
Slowly,
Wiggling your fingers and toes,
Slowly open your eyes,
Carrying this deep remembrance within you.
