For me, meditation unfolds in three dimensions: Mindfulness, Confidence & Benevolence. To meditate is first to learn to be present. It is also discovering a sense of confidence in life: this is the element that seems to be the most helpful on a daily basis in the face of all the difficulties that we encounter every day. Finally, in order not to become a new tool aimed at further self-exploitation, meditation must integrate a sense of benevolence and tenderness.
