Take a moment to settle back in your chair or on your mat or lying down and just let everything go.
Begin by taking in a deep breath in through your nose and out through your nose or mouth and just let it all go.
Breathing in through your nose,
Breathing out through your nose or mouth and once again,
Deep breath in,
Breathing out through your nose or mouth.
And just come back to the breath whenever you need to.

This is a mantra that reminds us to choose happiness and optimism and it comes from Norman Vincent Peale who wrote the book The Power of Positive Thinking.

Breathing in,
Breathing out,
Letting it all go.
And once again,

I change the world.
And just enjoy that wonderful feeling of relaxation and calm in the middle of your day.
Whenever you're ready,
Gently open your eyes,
Stretch and yawn and just come back to the room whenever you're ready and have a wonderful rest of the day.
