Please get comfortable and settled in a position that feels good to you right now.
You are invited to lie down and get cozy or to sit down in your favorite meditation pose.
Cover yourself with a blanket so your body doesn't get cold throughout this journey.
You may even want to cover your eyes with an eye pillow or have a little towel on top of your eyes or dim the lights a little bit.
Anything that makes it easier to turn your attention inwards.
When you're ready,
Close your eyes and take three deep breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth.
Maybe even sigh it out on the exhale.
Continue breathing deeply in and out through your nose now.
Allow your breath to soften.
You can even slow down a little making the inhale and exhale longer.
Feel the weight of your body resting on the surface beneath you.
And feel how supported you are right here right now in this very moment.
You are safe.
It is safe for you to let go and relax.
Feel the rise and fall of your chest as you're breathing,
The expansion on your inhale and the release and letting go of your exhale.
Allow yourself to dive deeper and deeper into relaxation.

They step into the golden light of protection and reach out their hand to help you up.
You take it and stand up,
Slowly moving out of your physical body.
You take a moment and admire the pure light form of your energy body.
You can sense the golden crystalline structure of your energy body,

The luminosity and the peace that this exudes.
Your guide looks at you and asks you,

You nod and they gently hold onto your upper arm as you both begin to float.
You're floating upwards,
Fully leaving your body now.
You can see your body from above as you are floating higher and higher,
Out through the ceiling of your room and above the building you're in,
Higher and higher.
You can see the entire surrounding area floating even higher and higher into the sky.
You slow down when you reach the clouds and you land on one of them.
You can feel the softness underneath your bare feet as you stand there right next to your spirit guide.
You're surrounded by a sea of clouds and the vast blue sky.
The sun is shining and it is a beautiful day.
You look to your left and you see something very big approaching,
Gently floating through the air towards you.
As it comes closer,
You realize that it's a giant whale.
You immediately know that this is no ordinary whale.
It's an animal guide here to take you on this ancestral journey.
The whale gracefully moves towards you and stops right next to you,
Floating right next to the edge of your cloud.
The whale greets you,
Reaching out one big side fin and gently placing it onto your cloud.
It created a ramp for you to walk onto its back.
You take one last look at your spirit guide,
Who assures you that you are safe.
He assures you that they will wait here to take you back home again when your journey with whale is finished for today.
You nod and take a step onto whale's fin,
Walking all the way up to its back.
You take a position that's comfortable for you as you settle in for your journey ahead.
You are energetically protected by whale and no matter how fast whale moves,
You are always sitting safe and steady on its back.
You can now feel the magnetic protection gently holding your body in place.
Whale starts to float away from the clouds out into the open and vast blue sky.
A portal opens up in front of whale and you enter it.
This portal brought you into a tunnel made up entirely of swirling iridescent blue energy all around.
This vortex will take you where you need to go.
You exit the tunnel and find yourself in the ocean near the surface.
You take a deep breath and notice how easy it is for you to breathe underwater.
You look up and see the sunlight filtering through the surface of the water,
Each ray dancing through the crystal clear water.
You take a look around.
The crystal clear water lets you see and sense everything around you.
The ocean is teeming with life.
Close by you can see a coral reef and you can make out schools of colorful fish of all different shapes and sizes and other marine life all around as whale gently yet powerfully starts to swim,
Slowly taking you deeper and deeper into the ocean.
As you are moving deeper and the water gets darker,
Whale emits a golden light all around,
Illuminating the surrounding area.
It is peaceful here and you feel so safe.
The deeper you go the more quiet and peaceful everything feels.
You look down from whale's back and start to see something below.
It looks like lots of glowing dots,
Some bigger and some smaller.
They are still too far away for you to see clearly,
But you are moving closer and closer as whale descends towards the bottom.
As you move closer you see that they are orbs of light.
They float up to greet you,
Emanating a peaceful and loving energy.
They swirl all around you,
Orbs of all different colors and sizes.
These are your ancestors of the light,
The wise ones who have been guiding and guarding your ancestral line throughout the generations.
You get a good look at the orbs and pick up on all the details.
What colors can you see?
They shift and change their formation around you,
Introducing themselves to you.
There is one moving to the front that feels more familiar to you than the others.
It floats right in front of your eyes.
You feel it in your face.
As you connect with it,
Feeling the familiar energy emanating,
You intuitively remember their name.
They say,
Thank you for calming and nurturing the light in our family line.
We have been waiting for you.
We are here to reconnect you with our wisdom.
You take a moment and connect with this ancestor.
You've been so focused on the orbs all around that you haven't noticed that whale has stopped moving.
It's floating perfectly still in the water,
Holding its position steady.
Whale reaches the right fin out,
Gently placing it onto a platform.
The orbs move out of your field of vision and you can see all around.
Whale has brought you to a temple on the bottom of the ocean.
It is surrounded and partially covered with bioluminescent plants and fungi that illuminate the entire area.
The soft,
Warm glow makes this place feel welcoming and cozy.
You stand up,
Walking down whale's fin and step onto the highest platform of this temple.
It looks like it's made of stone.
There are several pillars framing this rectangular platform.
Some of them seem to be in a good condition and you can make out the carved decorations.
Some of them look worn down from being down here for centuries,
Where everything is slowly getting reshaped by the salt water.
You can even feel the little grooves in the stone tiles underneath your feet as you walk towards the center of this temple.
As you're walking,
You notice that your ancestors of the light have taken their places between the pillars all around this temple floor.
With each step you take,
Your curiosity grows.
You arrive at the center and find a narrow and tall stone table.
It looks as though it has been used as an altar space a long time ago.
On top of the table is a wooden chest.
You place your hand on the chest and slowly move it across the surface,
Feeling the wood grain underneath your fingertips.
The decorations and details of this chest are astonishing,
As you pause for a moment to take it all in.
You place your hand on the lid and take one last deep breath before you open it.
The inside of the chest is covered in a beautiful red velvet and feels cushioned.
Clearly,
This treasure has been well protected over time and your ancestors have taken great care to preserve it.
You see an object laying on the cushion in the chest.
You focus on it and the blurry edges become clearer and clearer.
You reach inside and take the object.
You're holding it in your hands,
Feeling its weight and taking your time to explore it.
You feel the texture of the material as you trace the object with your fingertips.
Every little detail of its shape becomes clear through your touch.
You notice the colors and any other decorations.
What is this object?
What does it do?
As you're tuning in to fully understand it,
The ancestor who greeted you floats up to you and says,
I am here to answer any questions you might have about this object.
I will work with your strongest psychic sense to bring the messages to you.

You notice the ocean around getting lighter and lighter as you move closer to the surface.
You pass by the coral reef that you saw at the beginning of your journey.
And you can even see the first rays of sunshine dancing through the water.
Whale creates its portal once more and enters it,
Bringing you both into the tunnel of the iridescent blue and white ocean.
Energy is swirling all around you in this energy vortex.
You leave the energy tunnel and see the cloud that you started your journey on.
Whale gently floats towards it and holding right next to it.
A spirit guide is still waiting here for you.
Whale reaches out its fin one last time to create a safe walkway for you onto the cloud.
You stand up and walk down onto the cloud.
You can feel the softness of the cloud underneath your bare feet and you turn around and give your thanks to whale and say goodbye.
Whale turns around and floats away and you watch as they leave.
It is time to return,
Your guide says to you.
They step right next to you,
Right at the edge of the cloud and hold your upper arm gently.
You both take one step forward and float down towards your home,
Floating further and further down.
You can see the area where you live floating further and further down.
You can slowly make out your home floating further and further down.
You enter into the roof of your home,
Floating further and further down.
You enter into your room and see your body from above and all of your other spirit guides around protecting it,
Floating further and further down.
You enter into the golden sphere of protection,
Floating further and further down.
You gently enter into your body and fully return and take a moment to settle.
Feeling the weight of your body.
Feeling the support of the surface underneath you.
Feeling the rise and fall of your chest as you're breathing.
You can feel your feet and your lower legs.
You can feel your upper legs.
Feeling your belly and your lower back.
You can feel your upper back resting.
