The Stars Align
Allow yourself to relax. Focus on your breath - don’t change anything, just notice. Allow yourself some time just to be. Allow your mind to wander, then gently bring it back to your breath. Sometimes things don’t go the way we’d like them to. That’s OK. Because things have a way of working themselves out and the stars align. This 60-minute music meditation is a very active piece of music; it’s not everybody’s cup of tea. But if you like this flavor you’re in for a treat.
