Hello,

Let's take the next 10 minutes for a moment of personal calm,

For a moment to appreciate the beauty within us and outside of us.

Find a comfortable position,

Either sitting or lying down,

Gently close your eyes and take a slow,

Deep breath in through your nose and slowly exhale,

Focus on the breath,

Pass through your nose and filling your body,

Breathe out,

Feeling your whole body relax.

With each breath,

Allow yourself to soften,

Let go of any tension in your shoulders,

Your jaw,

Your hands,

Just be here now,

Just be here now.

If your mind begins to wander,

Gently bring your attention back to your breath,

Now bring awareness to your body,

Feel the surface beneath you,

Notice the sensation of air against your skin,

Listen to the sounds around you without judgement,

Just listening to the magic of sound,

Simply be here,

In this moment,

With each breath.

If thoughts arise,

Acknowledge them and gently let them float away,

Like clouds in the sky.

Bring yourself back to your breath again and again,

Inhale deeply through the nose,

1-2-3,

Exhale slowly through the nose or mouth,

1-2-3,

Feel the sensation of air filling your lungs and the gentle release as you exhale,

Let each breath be smooth,

Natural,

Effortless.

As you continue,

Inhale,

Bringing in fresh energy,

Bringing in life,

And each exhale releasing tension and toxicity.

Now,

Let's invite in positivity and warmth,

With each inhale,

Breathe in peace and light,

With each exhale,

Release any tension,

Any negative energy.

Silently repeat to yourself,

I am calm,

I am present,

I am enough,

I am at peace.

Feel a sense of lightness within you,

A gentle warmth filling your heart,

Let gratitude wash over you,

Gratitude for this moment,

For life,

For your breath,

For simply being.

In the beautiful wash of sound,

Focus on your inhale and your exhale,

Wiggle your fingers and toes and a long,

Slow exhale.

In this moment,

Gently open your eyes,

Carry this sense of peace,

Of presence and positivity with you into the rest of your day.
