Take a moment to find a comfortable seated position,
Either on a chair or a cushion,
With your back straight but relaxed,
Let go of any lingering sleepiness or tension,
This is your time to embrace the new day with a sense of calm and vitality.
Begin by bringing your attention to your breath,
Breathe in deeply through your nose,
Expand,
All nose,
And each breath energise your body,
With every exhale release any worries or fatigue.
Continue this deep,
Slow,
Mindful breath for a few moments,
Now gently bring awareness to your body,
Start at the top of your head,
And slowly scan down,
Noticing any tension,
Relax your forehead,
Soften your jaw,
Release your shoulders,
Let your arms feel heavy and relaxed,
Breathe into your chest,
And feel your heart open,
Your legs to loosen,
And with each breath feel a wave of relaxation flowing through you.
What energy do you want to carry with you?

Gratitude,
Calm,
Or focus.
Silently repeat to yourself,
Today I welcome positivity and energy,
I move through my day with ease and purpose.
Let this intention settle into your heart,

Visualise this light flowing into your body,
