I have the most vivid dreams, it is just hard waking up after listening to this. At first, I thought it was due to sleep debt, but I think it is because of where I go and the fact that I may not want to come back. Very interesting. The overall beat (it’s in there, but it’s subtle) syncs quite nicely with slow breathing. Overall, it provided just enough distraction to keep me from becoming too distracted by anything else.
