Part 2 How to practice gratitude daily So how do you actually practice gratitude?
Great question.
I recommend three simple gratitude practices.
They can be done as a single practice or they can be practiced all together.
The first practice is waking up grateful.
For this practice,
I use a grateful mat to anchor me into remembering to do it.
The moment you wake up in the morning.
Before stress,
Before social media,
Before the world starts to talking to you.
You begin thinking about and speaking out loud the things that you are grateful for.
You'll find that the things you overlooked as the small things are actually the big things.
Your breath,
Your life,
Your family,
Another opportunity to live life.
It's a profound practice to start your day.
The second practice is what I call look for grateful.
This means to intentionally search throughout your day for the things you do appreciate.
You can use an anchor to remind yourself like an alarm on your phone,
Certain moments in the day like lunch time,
For this practice,
I wear a grateful bracelet to remind me during the day to look for the things that I'm grateful for.
The goal is to train your mind to notice blessings in real time.
Because what you focus on,
You begin to attract more.
Think about that.
When you focus on things,
You begin to attract more of it.
The third thing is to write down the things you are grateful for.
Keeping a gratitude journal next to your bed to remind you to write down at least three things that you are grateful for as you reflect on your day.
This practice is profound to transformation.
It helps to calm your nervous system.
It even helps to improve sleep.
Studies show how gratitude improves serotonin.
It supports mental health and reduces anxiety.
In fact,
It's hard to stay deeply anxious by actively practicing gratitude.
Gratitude helps with your overall health.
And gratitude helps to shift your energy to the things you want to attract more of in your life.
Because the things you want.
Often exist on the same vibration as gratitude.
So instead of constantly focus on what's missing or focusing on what you don't have,
Focus on what is already present.
That's the gift.
Because gratitude multiplies awareness which makes you a magnet for abundance.
And the more you practice gratitude the more your life begins to change from the inside out.
Thank you.
