Let me hold you.

It's okay It's okay not to know It's okay to know but not know what to do It's okay to be scared It's normal to feel paralyzed by the yearning of your soul and the heaviness of decision Decision fatigue is real It's even a thing It's okay It's okay to focus on What's in front of you?

It's okay to some days just get through It's not okay To stay in this place for a really really long time but if you are Maybe it's time to reach out Reach out for the pen to put it all down on paper Burn it if you need Reach out to a friend to sound it out Reach out for strategies for help Doing the best you can You're going to be okay more often than we want We're encouraged to take the risk On the surface level it seems to be the right thing to do We are never ready The phrase has been repeated so much.

It's almost redundant We know this to be true with everything we have braved up until now It's okay to be afraid Sometimes Just need to be held and that's okay I'm here to hold you Till you're ready For what's on the other side Can I tell you something?

You are worthy of what's on the other side I'm here to hold you now and I'm here to hold you on the other side You

My Higher Power sent your beautiful presentation to me this morning after the intention challenge to move with ease. I’ve been trying all my life to “win” the praise, appreciation and recognition of my family for my contribution to the household because when I was little my various injuries had me stuck in my room on my bed waiting to heal while other family members worked outside. At the end, I was ridiculed for goofing off while they were working hard. That was a cruel blow — it wasn’t fair! When I broke my back and suffered extreme pain that didn’t waned by over the counter pain relievers, I’d be stuck in my bed again waiting for the pain to go down but decided to help the household by doing the paperwork and phone calls because I was able to use a specialty pillow that helped me use an iPad (computer). I was getting tons of things done but because no one saw it; so, it didn’t count. Even when I explained what I did. Nowadays, I contribute to the household still doing the finances, bills, support documentation for the tax preparer, phone calls and so forth, and I do this on the kitchen table but they are in a different room, and it’s still invisible. I’ve neglected my health and wellbeing for them and heading for LOTS of trouble because of it. All of my doctors and psychologists are trying to help me steer away from this devastating behavioral pattern of expectation that will NEVER HAPPEN. Blindly, I’m following exactly what my Dad did to no avail. But I’m reaching out for help and your presentation helps me steer to a different compass point. Thank you. Blessings to you and all on this journey. Warmly, Anne
