Welcome.

Take a moment to find a comfortable position.

Allow your body to settle,

Your shoulders to relax,

And your breath to slow.

Whether we realize it or not,

Life is always expanding.

The world moves quickly,

And sometimes it can feel overwhelming.

But beneath all the noise,

There is a deeper rhythm.

A quiet call from your spirit asking you to reconnect,

To remember what truly matters.

So let's begin by coming back to the simplicity of the breath.

Inhale slowly and deeply.

Hold for just a moment.

And then exhale fully,

Letting go of any tension.

Again,

Breathe in deeply,

Filling your lungs,

And breathe out,

Releasing any pressure,

Any heaviness.

One more time,

Inhale deeply,

And exhale completely.

Feel yourself becoming more centered with every breath.

Notice how your breath rejuvenates you,

How it clears your mind,

How it gently brings you back to your body.

Now,

Bring your attention inward.

Notice the quiet presence of your own spirit.

It may feel like warmth,

Warmth in your heart,

A sense of peace,

Or simply an awareness that you are here now.

Take a few moments just to be with yourself.

Notice what it feels like to remember who you are,

What brings you joy,

What nourishes your soul.

And as you rest here,

Imagine your energy expanding gently outward.

See it flowing beyond your body,

Beyond your mind,

Like a soft,

Radiant light.

Feel this light carrying your gifts,

Your joys,

Your authentic presence into the world around you.

This is the energy of expansion.

This is your true self expressing through you.

Take one more deep,

Nourishing breath.

And slowly release.

When you are ready,

Gently bring your awareness back to the room.

Wiggle your fingers and toes and open your eyes with a renewed sense of connection,

Peace,

And expansion.

Remember,

Take a deep breath.

Trust the process.

Open wide and let your energy flow to you,

Through you,

And out into the world.
