So happy new year everybody on Insight Timer. Thanks for tuning in to this and all the other meditations last year. I've got some amazing things lined up for this year. Just starting off this year with a recording of an Insight Timer live that I did just before Christmas, Just for archive sake so that you've got it if you want to refer back to it and if you missed it. It talked about my new course Your Soul Path and I'm also planning lots of new courses this year. So thanks for tuning in, Hoping that 2023 is going to be an amazing year and peaceful for all humankind. One of the things they suggested and what I want to do today is to run more lives specifically around the course materials. So I don't know if anyone is in the chat room already. How many people are have listened to a bit of or all of my new course Your Soul Path and the Soul Path course. That's great Heidi. Course Orly. That's great. And Camille you've taken the whole course which is great. So any questions you've got on that course then and Jamie that's great you listen to it all as well. Thanks for all your inputs in the classroom. So any questions on that course do fire them in now and I'll try and deal with them. And so this live is in support of the course and also to support people that might be thinking of finding their soul path or more specifically the whole point of the course is allowing your soul path to find you. And by way of example let me explain kind of what's happened a bit in my life in case you've not heard my story. I have read it on about it in several meditations and one that I did quite recently. But basically I've been pretty lucky all my life. I even wrote a book about it because when my mother died I had a business consultant on board advising me on what to do next with the business. And Camille is mentioned about journaling at the end of each session. That's very good to do. You can always go backwards over it again. And actually I've got some materials off app which I can't really get onto IT called the Path to Overstanding. Not supposed to promote these things here but that's the next step after you finish the soul path. And again I can't upload the Path to Overstanding into Insight Timer although I'd wish to because they're not supporting these specific formats despite me advising them for years and years and years that this is the way to do it. Anyway that aside it's obviously not on my soul path to do so which is kind of interesting because when you get onto your soul path life becomes a bit of a breeze. I was explaining that my mother had passed away and I've got three ideas for my next book. This will be my 12th book. And this business consultant said why don't you write the book of your life? And I said well it's pretty boring because I just landed on my feet. And she said well don't you think that you know all these self-help books out there where people go to the edge and come back with some form of enlightenment catharsis. Don't you think it'd be good to write the manual of how to go about life the easy way? And so I wrote this book called New Magic for a New Era. The kind of subtitle is No Hell and Back. And in fact the first chapter is up on the app. It's all about money and promises because I think that people put money, The lack of money, The lack of time as two of the first reasons for not to do something. So for that reason I put the first two chapters about money and times and how you can manifest more money than you need and how you can generate as much time as you need to do everything. Get those two out of the way and then you're opening the door to a magical life. So I've always landed on my feet and what I discovered is that when you stop planning, Specifically stop setting things like smart goals which aren't actually that smart after all, Then you allow life to come to you. And as I've actually generated lots of materials on this before, But as the audience on Insight Timer is quite spiritual and dare I say quite advanced and enlightened, I thought for the first time, The first course I've ever done which is more metaphysical and esoteric, Soul Path would be a good experiment because up to now I've really done procedural stuff like the art of timefulness and the mindfulness of business and stuff like that which are kind of procedural. You turn this handle and something comes out the other end. So it's been really encouraging to me to get all the feedback I've been getting about people who have walked the Soul Path. So what I thought I'd do is just go through the steps of the Soul Path and just add a little bit more about them and you'll ask questions as we go along where we'll explore that. So then this hopefully will fit in with people that have taken the course already because there'll be a little bit of additional information and also it'd be a little pracy for people that haven't been on the Soul Path already. And also all of this stuff is a precursor to Walking the Path to Overstanding with me which is the most advanced spiritual course I've ever launched. It's a 14-day course. It came out originally as a course that accompanied my book Soul Waves which is a novel there which I wrote 15 years ago and 15 books ago but I never published. But I was encouraged, Funnily enough, At my best friend's funeral, He died when he was 59, To get this novel of mine out there. And I wrote this obviously pre-pandemic but it's based in Beijing and in Wuhan, Funnily enough. It doesn't really talk about the virus and that sort of stuff but it does talk about how China's growing to be a dominant world power. It's set in the future, Starts in 2058. And I thought I'll set it when I'm 100, Therefore I might not be around to have to defend it if it's wrong. But it also talks about the future of humanity but it does it in novel form. It's all completely fictional but as far as I know it might be me channeling the future. And it's the example of what happens when you follow your soul path because I never set out to write a book. I never set out to be a meditation teacher. I never set out to be a composer of ambient music. But all these things have actually arrived on my soul path and they all arrive because I gave up planning. I gave up setting goals. All I did was set goals based on what I want to learn which is a phenomenal thing. And I'm working with 29 other guides. We're launching in the new year a live summit. It's the 7th and 8th of January, 30 sessions. And my session's all about setting goals of learning which tend to manifest wilder than your wildest dreams. So do come along to that if you can. Follow people like Gesaya Gibbons and Ipek Williamson. You'll find them there on the summit as well. It's the first sort of IT summit. It's not actually sponsored by Insight Timer but they are okay about it, That we're doing this initiative. Yeah, So when you get on your soul path and the first meditation is called Being Soulful, What does that actually mean to be soulful? And all I can say is, If you knew me, I don't know, 15 years ago, You would have met quite a pleasant, Erudite, Interesting, Funny, Cheeky chap. But you would have been discovering that I was not showing you the true Tom. And that wasn't because I was hiding the true Tom. It's because I didn't know who the true Tom was. I had not been shown the way. But lots of funny coincidences happened to me. And one was, An earth angel, A chap turned up at a networking meeting, Business networking meeting, And he gave me four DVDs full of esoteric materials. And then said, Would I drive him home and drop him off because he didn't have any money. And he didn't know how he's going to get home. So I drove him back. It wasn't very far from the meeting in Guildford in England. And I dropped him off. He said, Oh, Just drop me here. I said, Well, I'll go right to your house. He said, No, Just drop me here. You know, My house is just around the corner. So I dropped him off, Turned round, And he disappeared. So this is an example of what happens when you're on your soul path. Weird things happen. And I think he was a bit of an earth angel who'd given me this stuff. And he said, You'll know what to do with it. And I didn't know what to do with it. But I started reading this stuff. And I came across all these authors I've never come across like Paul Poster Case and Rudolf Steiner and that sort of stuff. And I found their stuff really, Really complex. And they'd written it maybe 100 years ago or so, Or 50 years ago. And they'd overcomplicated the esoteric. But in one of Paul Poster Case's books, I learned about the word, Which I didn't know, Called exoteric. So you just change the S in esoteric to an X, And you get exoteric. Esoteric means it's occult and hidden and unknown. And exoteric means it's understood and known. So I set about taking the esoteric and making it exoteric. And that's a good example of what happens when your soul path is shown to you. So I didn't know those words. The materials got dumped in my hand by this earth angel who disappeared, Which is just amazing. And so this kind of leads me to the second meditation in your soulful path. And that's finding your path. And so what I just described then is what happens. You don't so much go out, After you listen to this today, To find your path. You just set up the conditions so your path finds you. And one of the things that you have to do to do that is to set up. . . Well, You've got to have intrigue. You've got to want to know things. But you set up conditions such that you have a quiet mind through the day. So obviously meditating every morning is really important. It helps you maintain a quiet mind through the day. And your soul does these strange cheeky things. Now they're happening all the time for all of us. And if anyone's got examples of these they want to put in the chat room, Do do. They're happening all the time. But when we've got a busy mind and we're running around, You know, Like headless chickens and what have you, Then we don't tend to notice these wonderful strange coincidences. So there's no reason I had to look back from my car when I dropped that person off to see where they were. But I was obviously guided to look back and they'd completely disappeared, Which was odd. So finding your path in the second day of the course is all about setting up the conditions for your path to be shown to you. And when your path gets shown to you, What you can do is set up a lovely loop with your soul, Which kind of leads us into day three, Which is called Soul Entanglement. And that's all about realising that your soul is this entity, An aspect of our consciousness. And by the way, This course is very agnostic. It's an aspect of your consciousness which sits across all space and time. And when you entangle with your soul, You can actually get to the point where your soul starts to incarnate and turn up every single hour of every single day. And it's like you become your soul and your soul becomes you. I like to think of our soul, One of the aspects of our soul is it's our future us. It knows who we are in the future. And if we want to evolve into the most perfect version of us, The best way to do is to start this dialogue with the soul, Which kind of leads us into day four, Which is called Soul Talk. Soul Talk is all about asking questions and getting answers. And when you get the answer, Remembering to say thank you, This sets up a lovely loop and it deepens the entanglement with the soul. Great Camille, That you're going to relisten to the course and journal alongside. Now it's really important, Someone asked this question this morning in the classroom, Was it yesterday? Saying, I didn't get the answers. It doesn't always come in as voice, It doesn't come in as knowings. Sometimes the Soul Talk is about happenstances, It's about something that happens to you. So you can ask a question and you might not get the knowing, We call it claircognizance or clair audience or clairvoyance. You might not get the knowing, But what happens in the day, You get shown something. So you might see a newspaper headline or a sign at the side of the road. I was in conversation with my soul only the other week and I said, I want some confirmation about this particular thing, This aspect of our being. A friend, One of my clients and friends has started channeling some 25th dimensional beings called the Four. And I wanted some confirmation that I wasn't just imagining this. And I got shown a postbox with four signs and I got shown a signpost on the side of the road with absolutely square. So that's a good example how the soul of the essence of the Four were talking to me by a symbol and a sign, Not in voice. And that's not because I don't want to listen, It's because I'm not necessarily attuned to that. And Camille, You call them soul whispers, Which is a lovely thing. Yeah. Yeah. So Janie, It's great that you can feel that. That was day four, The interrogation of the soul. And then in day five, I talk about soul qualities and these are the essence of us and they're different for all of us. And so if you think about your soul qualities, What are the best aspects of you? What are the things that you're most proud of? What are the things that, You know, If you had something on your gravestone, A few words, I don't know, Four words about you, What would that gravestone say? Actually, The funniest gravestone I've ever heard was Spike Milligan, An English comic, Who said on his gravestone, I told you I was ill, Which I think is just hilarious. His sense of humour went through the whole of his life and he took it through to the grave with him. And I guess my soul quality is that of intrigue, Knowing the unknowable, Making the esoteric, Exoteric. When I learn something and find something out, Being able to explain it in ways that people can readily understand, But also putting it in a context that is useful in our daily lives. And when you get to sort of day six of this course, Nearly halfway through it, You get to the point where all you're doing is exuding soul warmth. And this is a cyclical thing, Because when I put this course together originally, Because it went with, I say it went with my novel Soul Waves, The idea was to help people in the same way that my path has been shown to me, To help other people find their path. And just that gesture, You know, Taking the time to record these meditations, To master them, Put together with some music and upload them either to my own app or to Insight Timer in this case. That's a warm gesture for me. But what happens is it warms the souls, Other people's souls. And then in the classroom with Insight Timer, Which is a wonderful feature, I get all these wonderful messages about what just happened, And that warms my soul back. So we set up this amazing loop, Which is not just soul warmth exuding from me and then coming back in the way of comments and what have you, But we all rise together. And I like to think that what has happened on Insight Timer, There's over 1100 people now on the course. That means 1100 people are finding their soul path. And imagine if those 1100 people help other people find their paths as well, Not by listening to my course, But just by the way they act in their lives. It sets a lovely wave off. And that's what that's the essence of a soul wave. It sets off a wave that goes around the world. This particular way, By the way, Works across space and time. But where's the course listed, Susan? If you just go to my profile on Insight Timer, You'll find it says tracks, Courses, Events, Workshops. They've stopped doing workshops now as well. But you'll find it's listed there. Or if you type in the search, Just your soul path, I'll spell that for you. If you type in your soul path, You'll find it there as well. There's no other course on the app like that at all with that name, Which is interesting. Now, The next thing, The next step on the course, Day seven, Is about avoiding karma. Now, I'm a linguistic person. I like messing with words, As you've probably heard, With my art of timefulness. And there's even a meditation on the app called the art of mindfulness. And when you put an A in front of a word, Like the word Gnostic, Which is about knowing, Then you say Agnostic, Then what you do, You tend to invert that word. So an Agnostic could be a very knowledgeable person, But they've decided not to know divinity, Not to know their own divinity, Because they don't believe in it, Don't need it. And so when you avoid something, Then you're stopping that from happening. When you void something, And I learned this from a book by a guy called Lee Carroll, Who is a channel of Kryon. I came across this concept of voiding karma in one of his books. What's the book called? It's Don't Think Like a Human, A great book. And he talks about the neutral implant and voiding karma. What that means is to say, Right, I'm ready. I'm just going to clear the slates. I'm going to accept everything's happened in my life up to now is for a reason. It may be good, It may be bad, It may be different. And then I'm just going to take all that experience, Park it all, Store it for when I might need it. I'm going to be ready now to start the rest of my life. And I call it like a deathless reincarnation. So you don't die, Come back up the birth channel and forget your previous life. You just say, Right, I know what my life has been up to now. I know I've learned some things, They might be useful in the future. Marisa just said, You know who you are, But your problem is you give obstacles in your way far too much power, Making it hard to overcome the things you need to do to follow the soul path. So the way to deal with that, Let's just deal with that right now, Is the obstacles are things you should thank. So say, Brilliant, Thank you so much for presenting this obstacle, Because now I know what I shouldn't do. I know not the way. So instead of avoiding the obstacle or stopping it, Go back to avoid it. And you say, Right, I'm going to take away the power of the obstacle, I'm not going to give you any power, I accept it. But you might use that obstacle as something you can learn from and grow from. So obstacles in my life, I've had to face, I've actually been creative around them. My very first nonfiction book was all about writer's block. And I had to get through writer's block, The obstacle to write the book on writer's block that helped so many other people write their books. You can change the energy of an obstacle into being something positive. And you may have heard the phrase negative energy. And I don't believe there's anything, Any such thing as negative energy, You can't have a thing with negative energy, Right? It's just positive energy, Not pointing quite in the right direction. So embrace the obstacles, Learn from them, Either avoid them completely, So they don't exist anymore, Or change them from adversity into opportunity. And that kind of leads us nicely into day eight of the course, Which is all about serendipity in the soul. And I'll tell the story about where the word serendipity came from, I'll just get to listen to it. But serendipity is one of my favourite, Favourite words. And it's all about stuff that turns up before you know it's kind of useful. And I've just lived a serendipitous life. But sometimes what happens is serendipity happens, But you ignore it. And your soul can be quite cheeky. And the soul will often repeat the thing as well. So it might put the obstacle in front of you three times, Until you realise it's not so much of an obstacle as a opportunity. My soul is always waking me up at 3. 33 in the morning, And 4. 44 in the morning. And that's when I tend to have the next thought about the next thing I've been creative about. It takes me into the state called hypnopompia, Which is there's a meditation on the app called hypnopompia. And so thanks for that. Lady says chaos and opportunity, Same symbol in Chinese, And Maruti said there's a wonderful book called The Obstacle is the Way. So I'm not actually giving you any new information. This is just paraphrased in the way that I see fit in this course. So we turn the corner when we embrace obstacles, And we enter service. Now this isn't a worthy service, It's not like being a monk or a nun or something like this. This is knowing that you're here for a reason and here for a purpose. And that it's actually really good to help other people. But you can't help other people if you're not in a good state yourself. So they say if an aircraft depressurizes, Put your oxygen mask on first, And then you're better placed to help other people. And that's really, Really important is that you look after your well being first, And your sanity and your health and your finances and that sort of thing. And then you're in a much better place to help other people. So entering service isn't about being an ascetic, And giving all your goods and chattels away. It's about being in service, Not just to other people, But to yourself and to your own evolution. And we then start to evolve to a new state when you become a connected being. And you realise that what you're really doing is connecting the above to the below. So they say that you spend a long time dead. So we spend a long time over time when we're not incarnated, Whether you believe in past lives and that sort of stuff. So, But when you're connected, You're actually connecting the above to the below, And you're connecting your soul from the, What I call in my novel Soul Waves, The void, You might call it the heavens, To the density, Which we call the earth. And actually our centre, The pivot point for that is our heart. On Insight Time, You'll find a heart for a reactivation of mine. I'll just type that. And that's a really good procedure to actually engage your heart. And funnily enough, That's one of the techniques I got from all those DVDs given to me by the Earth Angel who disappeared. So it's a technique I got from the Kryon School in Germany, Who I wouldn't have come across had I not come across Lee Carroll. So it's all about following these lovely serendipities. And they activated my heart ray. And I've taken that and done my own version of it on Insight Timer. And when we realise that we're connected, Something really magical happens. And we get to this state when we're in meditation. This is day 11 of the course when we access superconsciousness. We were able to access the unknown. So we're able to access the unknown. So right now, The book that I'm writing, The 19th book is called The Book of Overstanding. And I'm actively not reading other books. So I'd love to read that book, The Obstacle Is The Way. But I don't want to plagarise other authors. And I want my information to be pure and just come from, Come through me. So when you access superconsciousness, You access all knowledge, Past, Present and future, Right across all the planets in the universe and the stars and the moons as well. You're able to channel and tune into anything and channel and tune into truisms. So accessing superconsciousness, At that point, You can throw all the books away because you don't need them because you become an infinite source of information. And what we're doing by doing this is day 12 of the course, We're reaching a state of oneness, We're becoming one with the universe. We all, All our atoms are one with the cosmos, We're all at one point together. And we're all made of stardust. And there's nothing different from us. And all the other elements in the cosmos, Both the seen and the unseen. So we're one with the universe. At that point, We move into the day 13 state when the above and below are connected via us. And this is a really important state way to be. Because once you're making a connection to the above, And you're bringing things down into the density, That's when things really accelerate. And you start, You tend to get everything you need turning up at the right time. And you transcend from this life of obstacles and struggle into this life where anything you need to evolve to the next level, Just rocks up just at the perfect time. And if you need something to access that resource, Let's say something you need to buy, The money you need to buy it also turns up unexpectedly as well. And it gets when things like that happen, You remember to say thank you to your soul. And then day 14 is a bit different, Really. Yeah, That's true. Everything we seek is here, No searching is necessary. Just remove the obstacles and thank the obstacles for coming along. As well, Because if they weren't there, You wouldn't realize the absence of the obstacle. I appreciate what it's like not to have the obstacle in the way. And day 14 is the only meditation in this course I didn't create two years ago. I created this brand new just for this course. And it's called a soul incarnate. And it's all about switching from this idea that our soul is a disparate entity, Which is sort of hanging around in the ether. And we're somehow down in the earth plane. So the soul is in the void. And we're in the earth plane. This is an invitation for each and every one of us to allow the soul to be incarnate. And Tracy, This whole session is promoting your program. Yes, It is. And I was specifically asked by Insight Timer to do that. So this isn't my idea. They said to me, Can you start doing lives to promote these programs. Now these programs are accessible to anybody that's got Insight Timer premium. So it's $60 a year. And you get access to loads and loads of courses. Okay, So naturally, I do not do self promotion. That's not my bag. But I was asked to do this. Now, In doing this, I'm actually overcoming an obstacle. So maybe I'm being too modest, Maybe I'm being an anti-sales person by not doing this. And I don't know whether this is the right thing. So Tracy, If that annoys you, I'd like to know about it. And Sarah, You just said you're learning so much. Thank you. So, And Camille has done the course, You're saying you're finding these details out, It's really helped your exploration. So that's all I want to say really about the course so far. By the way, I do apologize. I've got some, I set this on a Thursday, I'm going to do this on a Friday, Because we had a tree surgeon coming tomorrow to take a tree down, Which is rotten, And return it to the earth and that sort of stuff. And they've come today. So excuse me, There's some noises in the background. So this is a 14 day course, I'm going to do a course at least every three months. The next course is going to be called Meditations on the Numbers. And some time ago, I started channeling the Council of the Light. And these are 12 very intriguing beings. I think they sit in the 13th or 15th dimension, That's not necessarily relevant, Where they're sitting. But I started channeling them the same way that I started connecting with my soul. Even if my soul connection was imaginary, Which I guess it is, It seems to be beneficial. And then when I started channeling the Council of the Light, Every time I started writing something about them, And I wrote 12 short stories called Soul Waves Insertions, You can hear two of them on the app, One called The Scroll and one called Septima. And I started then doing some meditations based on the numbers one to 12, Tapping into the essence of each counsellor. And if you think about the number 12, We've got 12 all over us, We've got 12 hours on the clock base, We've got 12 disciples, I think there's 12 demigods in ancient Greek, And 12 zodiacal symbols and what have you. So I started tuning into the essence of each number. And then just this morning, Insight Timer said, We need a new course like pronto, Could you upload one? I was going to upload it next March, I was going to be driven by the equinoxes and solstices. In a way, I guess I'm driven by the solstice because they want this up by the 22nd, Which is going to be a day after the winter solstice. So that's what's happening next. So thank you for those, Karen, You say the type of courses are fabulous to sell with the membership, They certainly are. We don't get paid. You know, I don't earn any money now, Trading time for money. So it's a way that this feeds me and it helps me create more and more, Which is great. And Susan, You've asked, What's your view on vision boards? Well, I actually don't use them. But what I do do is use mind maps a lot. So everything I work on is mapped first. And the reason I like mind maps, And the same is true, What I'm saying now mind maps is vision boards, Is the mind map gives the right brain something to see, It gives you the whole picture in one, But it also gives the left brain an opportunity to fill in the details. So mind maps are fantastic for what I call whole brain thinking, And vision boards are the same, They work for people. And if you've got a vision board, Stick it up somewhere you see it as well. I also use the tarot quite a lot. So every day I'm pulling a tarot spread and that energy pops into the room today. Funnily enough, One of my cards, This is a crayon card called Runa, R-U-N-A, And that's the energy of abundance, Which is a fantastic thing to bring into our worlds. And I've got another card here, I use the Osho Zen deck. And the other card I picked up today is called Moment to Moment, Moment to Moment, Which is a very, Very, Very, Very opposite thing to have. And my third one is from the Bright Ideas deck. And it's the Six Key, Which is the Lovers and the Tarot. The Bright Ideas deck is a contemporary deck. And that's all about passion. So there's all about passion and bringing passion into life. So when I've got three decks like that, In my world, I've got passion, Moment to moment and abundance. Imagine those three things all working together. And that's my version of a vision board to bring these tarot energies into the world. Yeah, To carry out, I'm making a deck with Siri Opley. It's called the Tarot of Overstanding. But I've realized, We both realized that I need to finish the book first before we can create the deck. And so it's going to be a deck of expansion. It's going to have five suits of the minor arcana in it and 23 major arcana keys, Which actually the Osho Zen deck has as well. So yeah, They're really good things to use into your world. There's a really good book with the Osho Zen as well, Which is fantastic. And there's a good book with the Bright Ideas deck as well. If you want to bring tarot into business, Then the Bright Ideas deck has got no tarot references whatsoever, Which is just fantastic. And it's encouraging me to put a course up on the app on the tarot as well, Which I will do. So I'm 11 keys of meditation in already to a new set of meditations. I'll finish those off next year. And they'll end up on the app at some point as well. So I'm having to adjust how I'm working with Insight Timer because they've changed their projected functionality. They've kind of pulled the rug from underneath us this year. So that was a bit wobbly. But that rug being pulled from underneath you is a bit like an obstacle that's now been removed. So it was pushing me down one way, And that's obviously not the way to go forward. And then they have now given me the suggestion that do a course, Do a live that goes with it. So what I'll do in the new year when the meditations and the number of courses up, I'll do some lives on the numbers as well. I might be able to do 12 lives as well on each of the numbers. Who knows? So Marisa, You just asked about, Love to know what deck your first tarot card was pulled from. And that's what's pulled from the Rider Waite deck. And I was on a course called How to Be Psychic with a lady called Lisa Turner. There were nine of us in the room and she had the Major Arcana face down. She asked us to pull a card each but leave it down so we didn't see it. And then as she came around to each one of us, She said, Now turn the card over and tell me the first thing that you, That comes to you. And the first card I ever got was the Tower. And I just said, Well, It's all about the Tower of Babel, Isn't it? You know, So all false notions all crumbling. And she came to me at the end of the course and said, How do you know you haven't done the tarot before? I said, No, That's just what came to me. That was that really what set me down this road of making the esoteric, Exoteric. But basically, This is an invitation to each of your souls to follow and walk the soul path with me.
