I used this as a walking meditation inside my house. It was spooky. It was enchanting. It was like I was walking through the spooky forest in a children’s book. I wasn’t really frightened, but I was sort of on alert. As I walked, I found calm in the mystery. The wanting to see what was there, even though I was a tad scared of what it might be. It truly was perfect for meditative walking. At the end, I was calm and ready to begin my day. Thanks for sharing.
