This is a 5 minute guided prayerful meditation to drop into the timelessness between moments. Offering silence between the intentions to drop into your sacred inner space. Begin by connecting to the Moment and gently journey inward to connect to the Witness. The One experiencing all moments. This is a journey for the Soul to experience. This meditation is supported by gentle Root Chakra and Sacral Chakra crystal bowl sounds. Music by Chris Collins

Namaste.

Beginning with your breath,

Taking a deep,

Deep inhale and breathing out slowly,

Arriving,

Inviting your presence here.

Deep breath in,

Deep breath out,

You may repeat after me or allow these words to sink in.

In this moment,

I connect to this moment,

I honour this moment,

I recognise this moment is the next in a series of infinite moments.

In this moment,

I witness what is happening around me,

Within me.

As I breathe in,

I feel my chest expanding,

As I breathe out,

I feel my body relaxing.

As I arrive in this moment,

I enter the timelessness between moments,

I am the one experiencing the moment and the one witnessing the one experiencing the moment.

As I breathe,

I allow myself to sink back into the witness,

The oneness that is experiencing all moments.

As I inhale,

I feel creation flow through me,

As I exhale,

I feel all that is flow out of me.
