Namaste,
Let us begin with your breath,
As you focus on your breath,
Deep inhale and a slow measured exhale,
Just allowing yourself to arrive into this moment with each breath,
Deep breath in,
Deep slow breath out,
Beginning to bring more of your presence into the present,
As we disengage,
Detach from whatever it was we were doing prior to this session,
Just focusing on this intention of breathing and centering,
And I'd like you to breathe into the center of your chest,
Your heart center,
Visualizing a beautiful radiant ball of light,
And as you do,
Its light spreads across your chest,
Moving up and down your body,
Filling your entire being with this beautiful presence and light of your soul,
And here we call upon a source field to completely surround you,
Creating a safe,
Sacred space of nurturing light,
Protective light,
Feeling held in this sacred cocoon,
As we take our awareness to the inner realms,
The inner planes of your consciousness,
Here see yourself standing in an open temple,
With glorious pillars of light rising up into the heavens,
This is your sacred space,
Your inner space,
And here we call in supreme compassion,
Manifesting here as beautiful,
Soft,
Magenta streams of light,
Descending from the heavens,
The light of absolute acceptance,
Kindness,
Compassion,
Feeling this light land upon your energy field,
Upon your being,
Your physical body,
Drinking this in,
This light is nurturing,
Replenishing,
Revitalizing,
Deep breath in,
Deep breath out,
And with the next breath in and out,
We open up the chakras all at once like a flower,
Feeling it open up along your spine,
Glowing,
Open the root chakra,
Sacral,
Solar plexus,
Heart chakra,
Throat chakra,
Third eye chakra,
And your crown chakra,
This column of light glowing up and down your spine,
Allowing us to be open and receptive,
And here in this sacred space,
We tune into your soul's path,
Your sacred journey,
And we call in any parts within that may feel lost,
Confused,
Or uncertain about your path,
And as we bring them to the surface,
They are met with this everlasting kindness,
Compassion,
Absolute love,
Which surrounds them in understanding,
Here they are seen and heard,
We now call in the parts that feel regret about your path,
Perhaps wishing you could have done something earlier in your life,
Perhaps feeling inadequate about doing what you wish to do,
Feeling unworthy of living your life's passions and joys,
We bring them to the surface,
Allowing them to be held in this divine light,
Divine compassion,
Deep slow inhale,
Deep slow exhale,
Just feeling this spaciousness as we bring the light in,
We start to relax,
Open,
These parts we often push away,
Hide from,
Repress,
And in this space we are allowing,
Opening,
Unwinding,
Here we bring in any insecurities about your soul's journey,
Perhaps of not having achieved what you wish to by now in your life,
Perhaps by witnessing what others have accomplished,
Perhaps by the weight of expectations that you have for yourself about your path,
We bring them to the surface allowing this light to meet them,
And in some cases resolve them,
Transmute them,
And here our intention is just to accept them,
And through that process there is an alchemical transformation,
That many of these parts may have in feeling seen and heard,
And be ready to be released,
Taking a deep deep breath in,
Deep deep breath out,
Notice the light descending from above begins to transform as it sparkles,
Glows,
Illuminates,
And before you,
You sense,
See,
Feel a beautiful glowing light appearing before you,
Perhaps taking a form,
This light is a version of you who has fully embodied their sole purpose,
They are fully resonant with all the intricacies of what is possible within you,
Fully vibrant with all the potential laid ahead,
There is no fear or doubt,
Only absolute harmony with universal flow and sacred purpose,
As you stand before this beautiful version of you,
Sense their glowing vibration,
They are in joy at being a vessel for creation,
For creative expression,
For the divine to work and play through them,
They channel the subtle streams of insight and intuition from the universe,
Into their being and translate it into physical reality,
They have no fear about being on the wrong path,
Or whether others will like or dislike what they create,
They are in total surrender to their sacred purpose that flows through them,
As you gaze upon this version of you,
You sense that they are both immensely wise and innocent at the same time,
Mature and playful,
There is an incredible sense of freedom that they radiate outward,
Take a moment to breathe this in to honour this version of you,
They have a beautiful and powerful unique connection to source,
You sense the sacred river of consciousness between this version of you and the divine,
Each moment of their expression is held in absolute trust and faith,
There is no confusion or doubt here,
Everything is present,
Here you are simply meeting yourself without the inhibitions or conditioning related to your sacred soul purpose,
This being has allowed the divine in,
They understand the nature of soul purpose as an expression of the innermost joy and playfulness,
They are in flow and harmony with the greater design because they have surrendered to the sacred plan,
They are an instrument,
A window for the divine to speak through to all of creation,
And they treat this as a great honour,
Taking a deep breath in and a deep breath out,
As you breathe sensing this vibrational attunement occurring between this version of you and yourself,
A transmission of knowledge,
Wisdom,
Creation,
Expression,
Insight,
As you breathe receive this blessing,
This transmission of encoding frequency,
As the light around you begins to transform into a magnificent golden frequency,
Sense this golden blessing light shimmering all around you,
Entering your field,
Your being,
In this space we offer these intentional statements to the universe,
Feel free to repeat after me or allow these words to sink in,
In this moment I honour my soul's purpose,
My deeper desires on this plane,
I am ready to embody them,
To live them,
I allow my soul's purpose to birth through me,
I celebrate my creativity,
My expression,
My unique abilities and all of the abilities I am unaware of,
I welcome all of my potential to flow through me like a river,
I am capable of anything,
In this moment I connect to the purest frequency of my higher template,
My higher destiny,
I draw down this beautiful template of possibility and potential to overlay my life,
I infuse these potentials into my reality,
I allow them to upgrade,
Evolve and elevate my reality,

I attract and magnetise the resonant people,

As we allow the sounds of the crystal balls to help encode this within,

And here in this space we simply ask a question that needs no answer,
As we communicate with your soul and ask what is calling you,
What are you capable of,
What is drawing from other lifetimes of what you can do,
What is possible for you,
What is outside of that possibility that is calling,

A deep breath out as we bring our awareness back into the body,
Bringing your consciousness back from the inner planes back into your body,
Into this moment,

I'd like you to take one hand to place upon your heart chakra in the middle of your chest,
The other hand to place upon your stomach,
Wherever feels comfortable,
Feeling your body as you breathe in,
Taking five deep breaths in and out in your own time,
With our intention upon grounding,
As we connect to the earth,
Feeling mother earth all around us,
Taking awareness to the trees,
The forests,
This beautiful land that we live upon,
We call upon a field of light to wrap around your field,
A field of protection,
As we close down from this healing activation session,
Breathing in your chakras to a manageable size,
And we close with gratitude and appreciation,
Feeling grateful for even being aware that you are capable of more,
Being grateful for all that you have already accomplished,
Most of which you may be unaware of,
Yet your soul family knows,
The universe knows,
They celebrate your being,
You have many purposes,
You are part of this greater design,
An intricate part,
You are needed,
You are connected,
Staying in this space for however long you wish,
