Namaste beginning with your breath,

Take a deep breath in and a deep breath out using your breath to bring your presence into the present as we begin great spirit,

I invite your eternal light into this moment,

Into my being bless me with your timeless presence,

As your rarefied light showers over me I surrender,

I surrender to you I ask for your boundless love and everlasting wisdom to flow through me to meet every cell within me to touch every experience I have ever had to hold every element of my personality I ask for your supreme everlasting light to illuminate within the areas that are seeking your light your knowledge,

Your insight,

Your compassion I ask for your purity to dissolve any shields I may have so I may be more open to what is possible for me so I may be more open to love,

To the true adventure of life,

To my potential so I may lay down my arms for stories that have long passed and I may be more open to the glorious new stories awaiting me beloved creator,

I ask you to reconnect me to my source to support me in remembering who I truly am in this moment I breathe in your divine source this river of golden,

Pure love into all areas within me to illuminate within me absolute love,
