Just beginning with your breath,

Taking some deep breaths in,

Deep breaths out,

Deep breath in,

And as you're breathing,

Disengaging from your day,

Your week,

The stories,

You may not be able to do so with simply setting an intention.

And over the course of the transmission,

You will find yourself letting go in different ways at different times.

Trusting your soul is directing this entire experience.

As it is cleansing and purifying,

Moving up to your third eye chakra,

In the center of your forehead,

And moving up to your crown chakra,

The thousand petal lotus on the top of your head,

As it opens up,

Glowing,

Growing.

As we take our awareness to a ball of light just above your crown,

Your soul star chakra,

And as it glows and grows it channels down divine light,

Universal consciousness,

Down through each of your chakras,

One by one.

The crown,

Third eye,

Zeal point,

All the way down and filling up your body.

Then your arms,

Your chest,

Your body.

As it moves all the way down through your roots,

Down into the earth to meet your earth star chakra,

This etheric chakra embedded within the earth,

As it glows and grows.

And we honor this connection,

This connection above and below,

Just taking a moment to sense and be in awe of your incredible,

Multidimensional,

True nature.

As this highlight,

These waves of light from the first layer begin to descend,
