Hello and welcome,
Beautiful Insight Timer community.
Today we are on week 39 of our year of journaling.
I can't believe we're 39 weeks in already.
I feel like the year just started.
But anyway,
As usual,
I went to our Cosmic Journey Oracle by Yanique Silver,
Pulled a random card,
And I got number two.
A light grows brighter only by lighting another.
I have to tell you,
I got a little excited when I saw this card,
Because I feel like this has been our theme lately,
And I love it.
I went to the book,
Was excited to read what he had to say about it.
You've come to your next turn on the evolutionary spiral.
Your growth in each area of your life is ready to be significantly accelerated by lighting another light.
You cannot diminish your light by lighting another.
It only grows brighter and brighter.
Perhaps what you need to learn most is what you are meant to be teaching right now.
This gives you more space to move on to what's next for you.
Even if you don't think you are an expert or authority,
You are wiser than you've given yourself credit for.
When the student is ready,
The teacher appears.
And when the teacher is ready,
The student will appear.
So our journaling question,
What am I drawn to teach right now?
How will it light my next evolutionary path forward?
I got so excited by this interpretation of the card,
Because number one,
I just published my first course.
It's kind of been two years in the making.
I wanted to create a course on scripting.
I thought,
Well,
I'm not an expert,
And there's people out there that know more than I do.
I finally stopped saying that to myself,
And I decided to just do it.
So when I read the line here,
Even if you don't think you're an expert,
You're wiser than you've given yourself credit for,
I really felt like that was talking to me.
And I hear it.
And I've decided I'm going to create more courses.
I'm excited to do that.
I also love that line,
When the student is ready,
The teacher appears.
I say that all the time.
I felt like my time on Insight Timer has been all about finding the right teachers.
And I love the way they flipped it here.
When the teacher is ready,
The student will appear.
I want to print that out and hang it by my computer,
Because I love that line so much.

I'm excited to journal today,
Because I'm going to be thinking about what other courses I want to create.
Whether I'm an expert or not,
Or I think I'm not an expert,
I'm just going to go for it.
So let's write.

And let's journal on that question.

I started thinking about I've wanted to do a pet loss course for a while.
Again,
I don't consider myself an expert,
Other than I lost my two pups within eight months of each other a couple of years ago.
And that was a really challenging time,
And there were so many resources that I used to get through it.
And I would love to create a course and share that with other people who have gone through or are going through the same thing.
