Find the light in your third eye that can see beyond the five senses as we illuminate intuitive wisdom. Let's tap into our intuition as we develop our ability to listen to ourselves deeply and see with our inner vision. This meditation begins with a visualization, followed by a series of soul questions, and ends with a period of silent reflection and affirmations.

Welcome to your intuition development guided meditation.

I'm Emily and I'm going to move you through a series of visualizations and soul questions to help you tap into that inner source of wisdom that we call the intuition.

So let's get started.

Close your eyes.

Taking a deep breath through the nose and exhale through the mouth.

And again in through the nose.

Exhale through the mouth.

And do that a few more times at your own pace,

Each time slowing down a little bit more.

Noticing your heart rate slow dropping into a deeper state of relaxation.

And now you're going to focus your awareness in your third eye.

This is the center of your forehead.

It's where your pineal gland sits.

That's the part of your brain that's the doorway between worlds.

The bridge between the physical and the spiritual realms.

There is a white light coming from your third eye.

It's almost blinding how bright and white this light is.

It is pure just spilling out into the world.

When it shines out,

It illuminates things you can't see with your eyes.

We're going beyond the five senses to the intuitive messages that await us.

This light from your third eye connects you with your inner wisdom.

It helps you see where the eyes can't go and shows you the truth.

Bathe in the white light.

Let it wash over you.

Allow it now to shine a light on your path.

Accept whatever you see before you now on the path ahead.

Allow the information to come.

Let the wisdom in.

Now release that visualization.

Let the white light fade away as we shift our awareness to ask some soul questions.

So just clearing everything away a blank slate.

I'm going to give you each question one at a time.

You're going to repeat them silently after me.

Allow your inner voice to give you the answers without forcing anything.

The first question is,

Who am I?

The next question is,

What is my purpose?

The next question is,

What message do I need to know about my life right now?

The last question is,

How can I listen to my intuition more in my daily life?

Now gather all the questions and the answers that we just asked and imagine them in the palms of your hands.

Then release them up into the sky,

Letting them fade away into the universe.

Trusting that unseen forces are taking care of them for you.

They can come back when we're done here.

Because now we're shifting into the silent meditation.

Part of this journey.

Now gently allow your awareness to come back to where we began.

But before opening your eyes,

Silently repeat these affirmations.

Peaceful,

Alert mind.

Loving,

Compassionate heart.

Lightness of being.

And when you're ready,

You can slowly open your eyes.

Namaste.
