Hi and welcome to your meditation to step out of your thoughts for a few minutes and just witness them.

So we're going to go through a quick visualization exercise and let's get started.

So close your eyes and make sure you're in a comfortable position and just allow your breath to fall into a effortless flow.

And every time you inhale just visualize the energy of the universe pouring into you.

Every time you exhale imagine letting go of things that you don't need and just fall into that cycle of receiving and giving.

Feeling even more at ease.

Every muscle in your body more relaxed at every cycle of breath.

And now just imagine yourself in space.

You are floating and from all directions you're aware and you see that thoughts,

Beliefs,

Feelings are pulling at you and coming at you,

Zipping past you.

All of your thoughts and feelings and beliefs kind of swarming around you.

They're not there to harm you but they are pulling your attention.

And just take a moment to just notice where are they coming from?

And after you pay attention to them where do they go?

And now you look to your left and you see that there is a glass room not too much bigger than a foam booth with glass on all sides and there's a door.

And you're still out in space still surrounded by your thoughts and feelings and beliefs but you float over to the door.

You go inside and you shut the door nothing has come in with you and outside you can witness your thoughts and feelings and beliefs as they are outside the window tapping at the window trying to get your attention but they can't touch you in there.

So you just smile at them and wave,

Acknowledge them.

You see that thought that was nagging at you before you started this meditation and you just acknowledge it.

It's not going anywhere but it doesn't have to pull at you right now.

And you see those beliefs and feelings that have been in the back of your mind recently just kind of floating around in space but you can pay attention to them without feeling attached,

Feeling like they have the ability to control you.

No they don't.

Inside this glass room you're untouchable,

You're free and in there you are able to just witness the workings of your mind and you have found peace in there,

Stillness inside that glass room.

So just enjoy it.

I'll watch the time and I'll let you just drift into that silence and stillness that you have found inside the glass room.

When you hear the bell you can bring your attention back.

Just enjoy for now.

You you you just bringing your awareness back to where you were before and before opening our eyes just repeat this affirmation to yourself.

I am NOT my thoughts.

I am NOT my mind.

I am the thinker.

So just bring these thoughts with you through your day.

Remember that you are more than your thoughts,

Beliefs,

Desires,

Feelings.

You are the thinker.

You are the thing that's holding them and you have no obligation to be attached to them,

To be dictated by them.

They don't control you.

You control them.

They may come from places you don't understand and you may not fully understand what's going on within your mind.

This is what it means to be human.

Just celebrate that.

Celebrate your thoughts,

Your feelings,

And your desires as part of existence.

But you don't have to give in to them in any way.

So thank you for joining me.

Namaste.

This is my go to sleep everynight. Absolutely enjoy the soft music that plays all night, once talking has finished. When I find what works I like to keep using.
