Take a deep inhale and exhale.

Inhale and exhale.

Connecting to the energy.

Connecting to the divine.

Through that connection.

Accessing.

Your past,

Your future,

Your present.

Remember when you were a little girl?

You were four or five years old.

Look at her.

Look at her cute hair.

Maybe braids,

Maybe ponytails.

Her adorable dress.

Cheeks.

Look into her eyes.

Those open,

Kind,

Trusting,

Lonely nights.

Expecting nothing else but the beauty and miracles.

Knowing and believing that miracles are real.

Knowing that if she asks,

It will happen.

Knowing that what she fears is true.

Knowing how to listen and trust.

Trust,

That knowledge.

Without the question.

Without the doubt.

Simple.

And so complex.

Look at the times when the mind gets on the way.

Remember that simple knowing.

Find ways to tap into that when you need it.

Imagine your little girl because she knows.

Imagine her with her little hand pointing into a direction.

And saying,

Place your right hand underneath your left arm.

And right hand on top of your left shoulder.

And give yourself a hug.

The sides don't matter.

Give yourself a hug.

And give your little girl a hug.
