I invite you to take any position that feels comfy and cozy.

Begin to close your eyes and take a deep breath in and a long breath out.

Imagine you are sitting somewhere very comfortable.

Your body begins to relax more and more.

You begin to feel warm and cozy inside even though the air outside is cold and crisp.

Take a deep breath in and a long breath out.

Now I invite you to imagine cozying up in front of a nice warm fireplace.

You're watching as the flames flicker yellow,

Orange,

And red.

The golden flame lulls your body into deeper relaxation.

Your whole body seems to release and let go as your heart rejoices with warmth and coziness.

Take another deep breath in and a long breath out.

As you sit here enjoying this moment of cozy,

You start to remember some wonderful things that have happened over the recent months.

There have been many moments of happiness,

Many moments that have made you smile,

And many moments of gratitude and joy.

Your mind rests on the thought that even in some of the turmoil,

It's truly been a time to be grateful for.

You've experienced,

You've grown,

You're smarter and wiser,

You know yourself better,

And you're getting to know your personal gifts more and more each day.

Take a deep breath in and a long breath out.

Now I invite you to think on anything you wish to leave behind.

Allow the heart to intuitively lead you and take a moment to let those things go now.

Breathe in deeply all the way into the belly and on your next exhale,

Slowly and actively blow those things away.

The new day provides opportunity.

Opportunity for intention and pause.

Opportunity for a new start.

Take a deep breath in and a long breath out.

Now I invite you to think about all the amazing things you want to accomplish in the coming months.

Remember,

You have the power to take charge,

To make changes,

To choose your own path.

So imagine all the things you'd like to do.

Maybe you want to get better at something you enjoy doing,

Or perhaps learn a new skill.

Maybe you choose to claim healthy boundaries for yourself.

Or maybe you want to spend more time helping others.

Whatever you decide,

I invite you to set an intention,

A guiding affirmation to work toward each day.

Take a deep breath in and a long breath out.

Always remember to have faith in yourself and in your ability to accomplish your goals.

By engaging the whole self,

Using your breath,

Your heart,

Your mind,

And your soul all together,

You have the ability to create joy and happiness within.

Now take in a deep breath and imagine yourself seeking out your intention and accomplishing your goals.

Claim these things as though they have already happened.

Disregard any thoughts that tell you otherwise.

Picture yourself as having succeeded.

And hold on tightly to that image in your mind and in your heart.

Now allow peace and happiness to spread throughout your entire body,

Moving into each and every cell.

Remember that you are worthy,

You are enough,

And you are wholly beautiful.

Take a deep breath in and a long breath out.

Begin to flutter open the eyes and move into this new day with defined intention.
