Welcome and settle in.

Let your body find its own stillness now,

Not forced and not posed,

Just resting like the earth rests in the dark.

So breathe in quietly through the nose and let it slide out through the mouth.

And again inhale and light enters and then exhale and tension leaves.

And with each breath feel the room fade.

A weight of your body dissolves into the air.

You're floating now,

Soft and weightless and unbound.

There's a faint shimmer forming around you now.

It's like moonlight bending into shape and it becomes a doorway.

It's all round and pulsing with slow blue light.

And this is the threshold of the astral plane,

A space of infinite design where thought becomes form and emotions give color to everything it touches.

And you take one step forward now and the world falls away and you find yourself in a vast hall made of crystal and light.

And there are no shadows here,

Only the subtle glow of creation itself.

And above you,

Stars move like slow embers in a black sea.

And beneath you,

The floor hums faintly,

Alive and responsive.

And when you breathe,

It changes color.

Your inner world reflected outward.

This is your studio,

Your temple,

Your mind made visible.

And every thought here has gravity and every image here is real.

And in front of you floats a single sphere of white light,

A seed of all possibility.

And you reach toward it and as your hand draws near,

It responds,

Pulsing softly and waiting.

Now breathe slowly and on the inhale imagine a the idea of what you wish to create.

Now not a thing,

Not an object,

But a feeling.

And maybe it's peace,

Maybe it's even freedom,

Maybe the feeling of being exactly where you belong.

So hold that sensation in the body and then exhale and send it into the sphere.

And it glows brighter now,

Old and now,

Alive with form.

And in this space every intention is architecture,

Every emotion sculpts matter,

And every vision builds a bridge between now and what will be.

And remember,

You are the architect,

Not the builder,

A dreamer who imagines the structure before it stands.

Now let the design expand.

Picture a place that holds your ideal future and not as fantasy,

But as a resonance.

So what does the air feel like there?

And what do you see when you turn your head?

And who stands beside you?

Everything is gentle light and it's taking shape around you.

Walls of memory,

Doors of potential,

And stairways leading to what's waiting.

So move slowly through this world you've made.

Touch it and smell it.

Listen to the sound of your footsteps,

The echo of possibility beneath you.

And you're not forcing it,

You're remembering what already exists.

And now imagine a scroll of golden light unfolding before you.

Symbols glide across it,

Shapes,

Geometry,

And even images.

Now these are not written in words,

They're frequencies,

The living blueprint of your next chapter.

So breathe in and the symbols begin to move toward you.

They enter through the space between your eyebrows,

Down into your mind,

And then into your heart.

They're not separate from you now.

You've become the architecture.

You are the design and the designer,

The blueprint and the builder,

United as one.

And the body begins to feel heavier again,

But this time it's a good way,

Grounding you back into form.

Your creation remains,

And not as a fantasy,

But as an encoded energy.

It'll echo through your actions in the waking world,

Shaping small choices into grand outcomes.

So to seal what you've created,

Place your awareness in your chest,

The center of the inner flame.

Now see it glowing softly,

Breathing in rhythm with you.

Now whisper silently in your mind,

What I design and light becomes life,

What I dream becomes direction,

And what I am creates.

So let those words dissolve into silence.

Let them vibrate gently through the nervous system,

Seeping into bone,

Tissue,

And breath.

And you don't need to remember the details of this vision.

The energy itself remembers,

And it will unfold naturally at the pace your life can hold it.

The architect rests now.

The dream continues quietly and faithfully in the background of your becoming.

The light begins to soften around you.

The crystal chamber fades into mist.

You feel the air of the physical world touching your skin again.

A breeze or a faint warmth in the pull of gravity welcoming you home.

So inhale slowly,

And then exhale deeply.

Feel the chair,

The bed,

Or the ground beneath you.

Feel your presence returning.

It's anchored,

Luminous,

And complete.

You've walked through creation itself,

And you've brought back a piece of it with you.

And when you open your eyes,

Do it softly now as though the dream of the waking world are one continuous field.

Because they are,

And they always were.

You are the architect,

And you are the dream.

And everything you see was once imagined by something that breathes inside of you now.

Good work today,

And namaste.
