Welcome to this meditation,
Which is called gift from the angels.
My name is Deborah Fidler.
Take a moment to get settled in the chair.
Make yourself comfortable and allow this gift from your angels and guides.
Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths and allow your essence to be fully present in this moment.
All around you is a lush green forest and you can hear the birds chirping.
You can feel the rays of the sun through the canopy overhead and you can hear the rustle of the wind dancing and playing with the flowers and the branches.
The smell of the forest is pine and spruce with touches of citrus and orange blossom.
You stop for a moment and you breathe the air of this ancient forest and the wisdom it holds in its essence.
Underfoot the ground feels like a brown velvet blanket,
Soft and luxurious to the touch.
You look ahead and you see a path lined with the most beautiful flowers you've ever seen.
The colors of the flowers look like they've come from a rainbow and the scent of the flowers floats all around you.
You walk down the path and presently you come to a clearing.
In the middle you see a stunning crystalline table that is somehow woven into one of the trees and on that table is a small Rose quartz crystal box.
You hear the words whispered but there is a message inside that crystal box from your spiritual team,
Your guides that love you unconditionally.
You notice rose petals are now adorning the path and the fragrance is uplifting and soothing.
You walk slowly towards a crystal table until you find yourself in front of the Rose quartz box.
You gently lift the lid and inside you see a parchment.
It looks old as if it's been in that box for eons.
You slowly unravel the parchment and the words you see in gold lettering say you are beautiful,
You are loved,
You make a difference.
I love you.
You start to sense that there is a light around you glowing golden and you can feel the love of the universe shining into your whole being from your head to your heart to your feet.
In this moment there is nothing you need to do.
Give yourself permission to receive and allow this light from the divine to heal.
Transmute anything that is not for your highest good and make you one with the universe.
This is a gift from your higher self to you.
Breathe it in.
Allow for the light and the love of the divine to bless you.
Take your time.
Allow and say I am.
I am.
I am.
After a moment or two you can feel the unconditional love of your higher self is now more anchored in your being.
You look down at the golden words and you notice that they seem to vibrate with love.
It's as if the words themselves have the power of unconditional soul,
Love and light.
You put the parchment back into the Rose quartz box knowing that you can come back to this place at any time and read the message from your higher self.
You smile,
Turn around and start to walk back down the rose petal path through the luxurious green forest.
The birds are singing and their sweet notes vibrate and hover in the air around you.
Scent of the roses is warm,
Comforting and uplifting.
As you walk back,
The words on the parchment return to you.
You are beautiful.
You are loved.
You make a difference.
I love you.
You are beautiful.

You make a difference.
I love you.
Sit for a moment with your being,
Your essence and allow the truth of these words to become a part of you.
Soak in the beauty that is your soul.
When you feel ready,
Start to wriggle your fingers and your toes.
Slowly stretch and when it feels right,
Slowly open your eyes and come back into the here and now.
